I ordered a very specific Asus adapter that couldn't find in Europe or the US - and even Asus didn't have in stock. I eventually found what I wanted with this company. They have an amazing array of Asus items. They replied very swiftly to all my email requests and questions. The delivery (from China) was said to take 10 days - and it did, not a single day more!

Ordered 6 batteries urgently for an ongoing boat refit Very clear re urgency of delivery 3 weeks later they're still not delivered we had to purchase elsewhere They finally replied - insultingly asking if we'd refused delivery. Dur... of course not They said they'd resend. I said no as they were too late and the work was done. They tried to insist on redelivery. I said no as the boat is now moved and out at sea. Frankly having read other reviews I'm glad as their products sound dangerous - burning out, fires, shorting - which on a boat is just a no. Waiting on refund that I had to get really stroppy to obtain. I wait to see my refund. No phone contact. Unworking 24 hour e contact. Slow to respond. Don't listen. Awful awful company. AVOID! Can't leave a zero rating which is what they deserve..
