I bought a MotherLode Medium 13 years ago and have made 2-3 trips per year internationally. I love its clamshell design with a hard and soft side which easily holds all my stuff, plus a couple of exterior pockets for things you need to store or retrieve while in transit. But after 13 years, the main zipper started to come apart at the bottom. Contacted eBags, sent requested info and pics, and got a new one of same model. Can't beat that!
Order guaranteed by 12/22/23 and as of 12/28/23 package has not shipped. Customer service verified package still at the warehouse but refused to cancel order because it had been packaged. They want me to return and be charged a fee because the merchandise is not damaged. I requested corporate information and I was referred to supervisor with an estimated call back do two days. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

In 2019, I bought a laptop bag from eBags.com, which I have used daily since. After four years, the zipper began to deteriorate. I reached out to eBags to inquire if their limited warranty would cover this issue. To my satisfaction, they promptly honored the warranty and offered a new bag with no extra charge. One last attempt through customer service was successful. They credited the small price difference and replaced the defective bag at no cost. It shouldn't have taken 3 attempts, but kudos to them for finally doing the right thing.
I keep reading negative reviews about eBags, and am pretty surprised. I have ordered from them several times (10+) and have received them very quickly. On one bag, I didn't like the color, and returned it with no hassle, they paid shipping. On my Crew Cooler, they replaced the lining after only having to send pictures. As for the luggage, going on four years and many uses with no issues.
Ebags suitcase is great! TLS Mother Lode Mini 21" Wheeled is our model and we love the different compartments. Easy to carry and nice design! We used for a month trip two people combining with a backpack. We can carry all the clothes and separate dirty clothes for laundry. We can also keep cables and computer for our online job. Toilettries can also keep in different compartment since there are many of them. The suitcase is perfect for short trips even for two people. Hopefully trying more products of ebags!

I LOVE this site and its eponymous products. I own the ebags brand Mother Lode, a laptop pack and the packing cubes and I they are essentials. I use and abuse them daily, travel with them and they take it. Highly recommended for bag purchases, but PARTICULARLY recommend that you take a hard look at the ebags-branded option, if there is one, for items you're considering.

I'm thoroughly baffled by the awful customer service experiences people are reporting. I've been a loyal eBags customer for 3 years and I almost exclusively buy their in-house brand. The best purse I've ever owned is from them, and all of their eBags brand items carry a LIFETIME warranty. My purse developed a bad lining rip on the inside and I wanted to repair or replace it. When I originally called customer service, the rep told me bags had a two-year warranty, and I corrected him and said no, all eBags products are lifetime warranty. He said he would check with a manager and call me back. I never got a call back, which bummed me out. But I recently emailed customer service to follow up, and in less than an hour after my email, the warranty department had a replacement ready to send. I didn't have to ship the ripped bag, send pictures, nada. I have the Piazza Day Bag (purse from heaven), Motherlode overnighter backpack, a laptop bag, and packing cubes. I'll never get handbags or luggage anywhere else. Ever.
Never mind the hard signature items but if you're looking for VERRRYYY good quality leather bags at ridiculously low prices, THIS IS THE SITE for you. And they deliver right on time too.

The only thing I disliked about the site was that I found it very hard to just simply browse the site to see what the offered. There was so much to go through.
