Eatcaketoday

I ordered a butterfly fruit cake on 3rd Aug 2021 with 2 numbered candles of number 8, to be delivered on the 8th Aug for my mother's 88th birthday. EatCakeToday said their candles with numbers cost RM5.00 each. I was asked to pay immediately for them to process, (i. E. if I agree). I agreed & paid instantly. But my mother only got 1 small tiny simple free candle (not numbered) on her b'day itself. EatCaketoday apologised.
EatCaketoday do not really care the importance of their customers' requests. They do not care if these candles mean so much to the receiver or not. One do not get to be 88 every year. What they care is getting their monies immediately. What a contrast. When they want my money, I have to pay immediately. When it comes for them to return, it took them 5 days! I wonder why they did not return immediately as they requested their customers to pay immediately as well.
