With in minutes of getting the trial offered, I was presented with the terms of use to accept. Unlike most I actually read them. In a nutshell they basically say that you waive any legal recourse other than arbitration and that you can only cancel if you can figure how to find us and then figure out how to go about it. This should tell you about how much faith they have in the product.

With in minutes of getting the trial offered, I was presented with the terms of use to accept. Unlike most I actually read them. In a nutshell they basically say that you waive any legal recourse other than arbitration and that you can only cancel if you can figure how to find us and then figure out how to go about it. This should tell you about how much faith they have in the product.

Tried to contact them after paying 6800 for monthly meals as meals was not delivered. No reply cant trust these people.

Tip for consumers:
Never trust these people> after paying for monthly meals. we need to follow it up everyday if its delivered.

I've read on here of someone else experiencing the same issue of them some how obtaining my CC information and charging my account! It has happened now 4 times! I was able to reach them via e-mail and they refunded the first $9.99 but now like clock work, they've hit my account 3 more times for the same amount every sunday around 7:30pm. I've reached out to my CC company and will also be filling a complaint with the BBB regardless if I receive a complete refund or not. Prior to this I had never heard of this company nor have I ever clicked on their website so I find it odd that their servers have obtained my information and will continue to fight to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else in the future! Fraudulently charging someone's account is a crime and doing so more than once demands repercussions!

I signed up for the free trial and canceled in March. Monday June 26th I got charged 30.99. I emailed them with the screen shot that I had canceled in MARCH and I want a refund. Received and automated email saying someone would reach out soon……. Still no word from them.

I don't have any idea how this place was able to get money out of my account I have never heard of them. No I'm tying to find out how to contact them to stop them from taking my money and they are no where! Even if I legit wanted to order a "fit mealplan" I wouldn't know where to go! Beware this is a scam company and good luck figuring out how to contact them to get your money back!

There is no way to get our susbcription without a direct actions from the user. As we can see you susbcribed to our monthly plan on January 21. Moreover, after the purchase you registered an account and used the app on your Android device.

Each subscription is set up to be automatically renewed unless manually canceled. Since your subcription wasn't canceled you were charged for the renewal as initially promised.

I have been trying to cancel this "plan". They keep taking 40.00 a month out of my checking account. I don't know how they got my checking information, but I want it stopped. I didn't sign up for anything and have not received anything. I cannot afford to keep being ripped off. The only reason I even clicked on a star was because it said I had to submit the review.

As we can see on November 07,2022 you took our Wall Pilates quiz and susbcribed to our montlhy plan. After the purchase you set up an account and used the app on your iPhone.

I would rate is -25 if i could. This company is nonething but a scam. They say they send you meal plans but they dont. I ask for a refund the same day i signed up and they said they dont give you refunds but on the website it clearly says the do. I paid 9.99 on Dec 29 after i already cancelled them they had A nerve to charge my credit card again for 9.99 on January 7,2021. Now they not responding back to me. I am going to contact Bettet Buisness Bureau on them and file A complaint

Can't reach their "support" portion of the website, it is down for "maintenance", just trying to find them is impossible, the phone number listed shows to be in Nevada, but the message is that "the call cannot be completed as dialed". Somehow this website is connected to CULT. FIT in Bangalore, India. It is virtually impossible to cancel the service. I was faced with having to cancel my bankcard, tied to most of my payments, just to get these people out of my life!

This company is a scam. I cancelled my subscription immediately and they still charged my account.
I have tried to cancel but website is always down and no phone number to call. Out of Nevada?

Somehow this outfit got my CC#, Charged 2 $1.00 charges, then a week later charged 2x $29.99. I did not pay attention and paid it. My CC company flagged the charges today, 3 months later when this lousy outfit tried to charge me another 2x $29.99. I got a phone number *******074 off of my bill but the number has been disconnected. There is no Phone # on their web site. So the charges have been reversed, the card canceled and I will be contacting Better Business bureau in Nevada, which is where the phone number is located. I will also be contacting the FTC. Sneaky bastards.

Eat fit's meal plan is a fraud. Most of the time when I am trying to place order it doesnt even place it saying not applicable. They have designed it in such a manner that it is impossible to use it. I have been using eat fit platform for years now but because of this pathetic experience wont be ordering food again on this platform!

FYI - This is betterme wall pilates, and it only took me a very short phone call to cancel. The ohone number is *******788, or if you have the betterme app, you can manage your subscription on there. I think they trick people by calling it something that it is not.

Somehow they began charging me for something I never signed up for or received anything for. Then conveniently they do not have their website up and running. I have no image because I never signed up for anything. I have a bank statement showing the charges but no emails were received for anything.

The marketing had me believe that I would receive a meal plan via email. I did not. Instead, I did get access to an app - BetterMe. Granted, there is a meal plan component - but it's not downloadable or printable which is not what I was expecting based on what I thought I had purchased.

They have a terrible refund policy - you have to use the app for 30 days before you can get a refund. I don't want to use an app, I wasn't signing up to use an app. I was waiting for a meal plan to be sent to me and instead, I got the links to access the app.

Misleading marketing. Perhaps the app is good if that is what someone is looking for but their marketing did not indicate that prior to the sale.
