I was glad to see that Easy Spirits doesn't rank very high? I didn't realize all the things that get charged if you return something? I had issues with there booties. The exclaimed cold weather bootie fits me. I wear 12 wide in that particular booties. Don't get me wrong, they do have nice shoes, booties. Not that I can say that about the customer service. This started when I asked them about why I'm not able to get online to shop. When I try, It says "400 bad request-Request Header or Cookie Too Large". I never have issues with Sketchers.com or any other online shopping I do. So I wrote their customer service. They were giving me a 20% as I was having issues trying to get them on my home computer. I could get it on my phone, but it's not the same as doing it online at home. I could see it better. So much for the 20% discount. This 20% also included free shipping. Well, I ordered the black 12 wide. I went through the check out process. I went to pay for them, but it wouldn't go through and it go through as it stated shipping rate is invalid! Well, they didn't help but cost me more. If I was going to send the booties back, it would cost me as my refund would not match the price I was given. For my refund, I was only going to get almost under half. I was going to order the black pair of the exclaimed Cold Weather Booties! I was so happy! But, there is a but! But, when I ordered the black pair and ready to check out, I wasn't able to use the 20% as I had to pay for shipping as it was under the required amount I tried three times. Well I was given free shipping. So I called customer service. I don't remember names, but I could go back through my messages. I was able to order, but, the black colored Exclaimed bootie that I wanted, was out of stock. I said that it's available on my end. So, I guess, I will have to go with the color brown, as I already have that color. An hour later, I got on my phone to see if it is available(black or grey). To my surprise, it was! I was happy, sort of. If I wanted that color, I would end up paying and I did pay $51.99 for each of black or grey. I bought both of them. I tried to see if I could I could use the 20% discount on the black and/or grey that I bought, I couldn't. There were mixed messages (from them) as to why I couldn't use it. I'm still getting emails from them. I did say that I don't have a college degree and I can figure out things! The last two messages was from Greyson. There were five other names as I looked back on my messages. I have so many headaches from them. I finally told them not to contact.me. I also said, I will be going to Skechers now. All of this started on January1st, 2025.!
