I used their shared shuttle service for transport from SJO to Dominical. Driving in CR is crazy (not as bad as LA) so I'm glad I used this service. Make sure to get their whatsapp number so you can communicate with them when you have access to wifi unless you are free to make calls. They weren't on schedule on my return but it's Costa Rica. Give yourself plenty of time to get from one place to the next. The drivers (especially on the return) were courteous and safe-ish. The vans were new Toyotas with great A/C. I did confirm ahead of time and booked before I left the states and payment was done via PayPal.
I tried booking with this company TWICE, and while they're communication is decent, and each time they took my reservation, THEY CANCELED MY RIDE BOTH TIMES! NOT ONLY THAT, THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO CALL ME TO TELL ME THEY WERE CANCELLING. They take the reservation and then, if they don't get enough riders, they cancel the shuttle, but never let you know. I had to scramble to catch a ride from Manuel Antonio to San Jose at the last minute.

I used their shuttle service, and I am wondering why they don't post the dirty-clunker vehicle they actually show up in! Also, why do they state that they give refunds for service not provided, when really what they are doing is not providing the service and keeping your money without an explination as to why! Try using that USA phone number and see if you can get through! It never works! Trying to get someone to answer the Costa Rica number is a task in itself! Suggestion: Use a different shuttle company or start walking!
