I have no idea if they provide anything other than an automated respondent in the "support" area. I am still waiting for the call back that it makes you do immediately. When you ask for a time update for a call back, there is no response. When you attempt to explain the issue to the "support" there is no response. Essentially, I am of the understanding that their version of support is "put them on hold with automated responses until they get tired of dealing with the issue and move on". I will update this review when and if they ever actually do any support. Until then, I guess I will just wait... Would not recommend this service to anyone.

Call a local tech person instead. Don't sit around waiting for these people to not help you.

I attempted to use the support function for printer set up. No support was given. Thus no service was ever rendered by the company. Though, I attempted to procure said service from them.
They hacked my computer and asked for money.They pretend to be helping you, have you download an app which gives them access to your computer where they pretned your computer was hacked and they will help you clean it up for 99.99/year. DO NOT SHARE YOUR SCREEN. DO NOT PAY THEM. My computer is being cleaned right now to regain privacy. Horrible people from India! DO NOT TRUST THEM!
