Their website claims to offer great deals on airfare. To request a quote, i submitted my itinerary and email address. Within 24 hours they emailed me with a quote for an airfare. I thought the price was good so i told them that i would like to book it. They went ahead and booked my flight and gave me a confirmation code- and then asked me to call the airline directly to confirm my booking with the airline prior to paying the agency. So i called the airline and they did have my reservation but it was paid with a credit card that was not mine. The airline told me that my reservation was not linked with a travel agent in their system- it appeared to them that it had been purchased online which agents do not do. The travel agent sent me a followup email with my invoice and instructions on how to pay them. They provided me with a personal bank account number and asked me to wire them the money because they were in the process of setting up their credit card system and therefore i couldnt pay them with my credit card. I immediately knew this was a scam and stopped communications with them. I then called the airline and told them that i was a victim of a fradulent travel agent and asked them to report it to their internal investigation department which they did immediately.
