Horrible service, no care for the clients at all. Completly overpriced considering the state of the house (the only decent part was the bedroom). There was mold in the bathtub and no one would clean it (even when the cleaning lady would go to "clean" the house) and we had to be the ones to try to clean with bleach. The oven was never ever cleaned! Everything was broken down all the time and took forever to repair. The shower blocked three times in the time I was there and it is something that should be considered urgent to repair but it always took more than two days to be repaired. Once we were three weeks without a working washing machine. We had to shower in the dark for a week because that was how long it took for them to go there to replace a lightbulb! Once, we were robbed because the lock in the house was a stupid thumblock which according to the police was easily open without a key, and we had a huge fight with the agency to get them to change the lock! Like, we had just been robbed what else did they need to see that that lock was not enough to garantee the tenants safety? Also, because it occured on a friday, we had to wait for the weekend to pass for them to came and repair the door of the bedrooms that the robbers had broken down. I found this completly disregarding of our feelings as we had just been robbed and obviously were not feeling safe and having to sleep with the door of the bedroom broken down just made that worse! Surely, the "not working on weekends rule" could be bent in a time such as this! As all of this was not enough, even though they say they will return the deposit within 15 working days and I have left almost three months ago, I never received my deposit back. I contacted them repitedly about this matter with no answer for more than a month (I was even expelled from the whatsapp group for bringing this up and asking for help in getting an answer back from my emails!). When they finally answered, they said it was because they were waiting on the eletricity company to know if there had been any months when we had used more than our allowance just so they could charge even more money! Completly disregarding how they could be hindering the clients lifes by holding their money! I have waited a while hoping they would solve the matter, but eventually started sending emails again, and again they did not answer. Now I have tried to contact them again and it says that the email no longer exists! Just horrible experience in every way.

Adesso si chiama TLS Group: Statene alla larga! Sono dei truffatori e dei ladri! In pieno inverno ci hanno lasciati settimane senza acqua calda e riscaldamenti e non pagando loro la council tax da mesi di fronte casa avevamo una discarica con i topi in casa!
Inoltre non mi hanno restituito il deposito per intero sostenendo che avevo danneggiato le pareti della stanza! Cosa non vera perché le pareti della stanza erano già macchiate dal primo giorno in cui sono entrata... insomma una grande delusione!

Now tls group!

Disgusting company, overpriced rooms and very poor customer service. They dont protect your deposit and sublet the properties illegally without the council license.

I've already lodged my complain to Hackney Council.

We should all complain to the coucils and stop this business from scamming and stealing from us

Stay away from that $#*!! They will make you pay for everything even if it's not your fault! They won't be there in case of any problem happens to you, they won't help you, all they want is your MONEY! And forget about your deposit, they are never giving it back to you! And I don't want you to answer this review, by telling "if you had a problem with us... blablabla" you are just LIARS! I hate you, i want my money back! So people, BACK OFF, STAY AWAY from them!

I've also had problems with Easyflat at Old Street. They took my deposit and made loads of charges up! I don't have my deposit back and I'm about to start a Small Claims court action against them for that. The customer service was terrible, and the living standard there was also really bad. Glad I finally moved out!

Easyflat is the worse agent there is. They will deduct your deposit without telling you. The director Mario is a crook. Their contracts are vague and you will not be protected. If you are thinking of short-term stay. Make sure you ask them how much you will be charged if you want to leave say one day earlier. They charge you more even if you leave 1 day earlier or 1 week earlier despite paying the entire rent already. First agency I came across that does that. If you paid for 3 months and 2 months later you have to leave, they charge you do to checkouts early. 50 quid if you have to get your key duplicated. 50 quid if your rent arrives one day late. They don't tell you this until you leave and when you do, you realise you have none of your deposit back. They breach all lot of regulations and break a lot of UK laws.

One of the worst agency in London. EasyFlat changed its name to Tripletshare in January 2013 in an attempt to get rid of the complaints.

Terrible agency. Nothing but problems. Strongly recommend against renting through them, unless you want to spend your time communicating with rude staff and management, calling utility companies, and arguing made up charges.

I am a current tenant of this company. Their customer service is disgusting. When I first met the staff in their office I discovered this straight away. The Internet has been broken in our property for 2 weeks. All of the tenant who live in this property have contacted them daily via email and phonecalls to have this problem repaired but they just say that "they are waiting to hear from their repair man". I have been told that they say this to all tenants living in their properties. They have a online service which they tell you to log on to to report any problems, however, it does not work! There is a fault on the web page which does not allow you to send the information and they will not fix this. There is a emergency contact number written on the contract, however, no one answers the telephone. It is always switched off and the voicemail says "leave a message". They never respond to this.

Tripletshare is a disgusting company. They treat their residents like dogs. I am still living in a Tripletshare room and, since moving in, I have had an outrageous experience. First of all they don't answer the phone to their office. I have had to try on average 5 times before someone picks up. When someone does they don't know what they are doing and are often rude. I have asked a staff member to get the manager to call me numerous times and they haven't. The day I moved in I was given the wrong key and had to wait outside my door for an hour and a half before someone came to open it for me. And the man spoke to me like I was stupid. For the first two months, they didn't give me a key to the balcony door in my room (the only source of fresh air available) and whenever I called them I was faced with the problems above. They simply did not care that I had no fresh air. When I first moved in, the lock on the security door at the bottom of the stairs didnt work so anybody could just walk in off the street. Which, according to my flatmates had happened previously and people tried to break in to other flats while the residents were in.

There were no pots, pans or cutlery that weren't bought by my current flatmates when I moved in. My flatmates had to buy everything themselves. I also had to buy my own cutlery, pans and kettle.

When tripletshare take money from you via card, they charge you 5% on any balance transfer (which is a lot when you are paying for one month up front plus a deposit = 5% of £1500 = £75). When using a card of any sorts, it costs the receiver a maximum of 50p! And anyone can find that out by just searching on the internet.

The TV hasn't worked since I got here (now 4 months). Even though this was reported following the guidelines listed in the tripletshare contract and they have done nothing.

There are also what look like fire alarm systems hanging off the wall in the stairwell which haven't been touched since I moved in.

Once when I finally got through to someone on the phone at tripletshare to explain the many predicaments, she said they were too busy to do anything. That is utter BS. I work longer hours than they are open. I am busy yet I still find the time to put up with this mickey mouse company. Being too busy is a pathetic excuse from a company. But I guess tripletshare would be lucky to call themselves that.

Terrible customer service. Don't even think about renting from this ridiculous company. If they don't pull their finger out soon, it won't be disgruntled residents but the local courts which they will have to answer to. I know that for a fact, because I am currently filing a complaint.

Easyflat = JOKE / Tripletshare = JOKE! Whatever they like to call themselves, it is the same pathetic company! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!

WARNING: In there terms & conditions they state they reserve the right to change any of the terms & conditions at any point without notice - and they use it! When I first checked in with Easyflat I was told one thing and then when I was thankfully close to ending the worst 3 months I have EVER experienced I questioned something and they got out the terms & conditions & showed that statement to me!

I have had their employees tell me they are quitting & can't stand working for the company - one even said he would back my comments up! In the space of 3 months we had eviction notices, court dates, tv licensing investigations, no hot water or heating in the middle of winter (my room had NO HEATING for the entire time i lived in one of their properties) flooding showers, trades people turn up in the middle of the night & let themselves in without any notice! There's a lot of "it will be fine," "maybe," & "about" when speaking with their staff - they do not give you an exact time frame & commit to nothing, except taking your money for a $#*! service!

In the 3 months I lived with 11 people all who couldn't/can't wait to get out of Easyflat. A lot of people get sucked in & can't escape! I would prefer to live in a hostel than one of their properties.

Easyflat - Don't try saying I am a disgruntled employee like you have done with every other post on here! I would't live in one of their properties even if I was paid too! If you sign with them after reading this you will only have yourself to blame!

The worst company ever! I have 3 weeks living in one of their properties "avonmore road" I would like to share some pictures abou the disgusting common areas they have! It is so dirty! Im so regret to got a contract with them.

1. In one of terms and conditions they state the right they have to enter to your flat anytime without your consent. The last week they entered to my room without calling me before they move the sofa and they left a mess. It means you don´t have privacy at all. If something is missing in your room you are the only guilty.
2. They told me I would share the toilet only with one person, when I started living there I realized that the toilet is for the whole building.
3.The buliding trash is just infront of my window I have asked them so many times to buy a waste basket becasue it smells awful when I open it but they didn´t want.
4. The cleaner comes only when she wants and they said at the beggining it was weekly.
They have a platafform where you have create repais tickets, of course it doesn´t work! They state one date that your job it will be done, but is not true.

Don't take the risk! Be careful with this company is such a lies!

Have had the same terrible experience. It's right! They have just changed their name in TRIPLETSHARE TLS.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER! SUCH A RUDE DIRECTOR! They do not know how to deal with customers! I have lived in a property in Forest Gate! My agent was really really kind! She tried to help me out at all times, but the agency itself does not care about tenants and employees.
I have had mice in my house since I checked in in October and the shower broken for 5 months!

They keep money for everything! I paid 585£ as deposit and they gave me back 240£!

UNBELIEVABLE! THE WORST COMPANY EVER!

There is another agency, working with them is EASYWORLDLONDON! SAME $#*!!

I mean: Easyflat or Easyworldlondon or Tripletshare =SAME COMPANY SAME $#*!!

BEWARE!

I would strongly discourage anyone looking to stay at EASYFLAT. The company is unprofessional, incompetent & delivers the most shocking level of customer service.

My brother provided them with 1 month's notice when deciding to move, and although he had departed the room (making sure it was left in the same condition which he found it) by the correct date - they are STILL refusing to refund the deposit that is LAWFULLY owed to him!

They are now claiming excess charges! Apparently there was an increase in rent? Of course, they failed to notify my brother of this change! And even if there was an increase (which of course there wasn't), then WHY were no charges incurred when my brother was paying the incorrect amount?

There facilities are disgusting! I have visited Halloway Rd myself - it's grubby & dirty, and interestingly enough, when I was there the following issues were still unresolved (1 month on from when my brother moved in):

1. Washing Machine/Dryer not working.
2. Oven not working.
3. Internet not working.

This is ridiculous, considering the OVERLOADED accommodation they boast!

I have dealt with some pretty shocking customer service in my life - and I feel I can have my say, as I too work in customer services - but EasyFlat is by far one of the worst companies I have come across.

AVOID AT ALL COST!

I have lived in one of their properties for 3 months now and have had nothing but problems since I moved in.

No hot water - We have no hot water available in the bathroom so I have to go to the gym to take a shower! They tell me everyday on the phone that someone is coming to fix this.

No internet available - Any problems you have, the company tell you to go on their website and register a ticket for a repair to be made. How can I do this without an internet connection?!

No usable toilet - The toilet in the bathroom does not flush!

Rat infestation - I constantly see rats run along the kitchen floor at night time. I saw one in my bedroom yesterday!

Broken Kitchen window - The window has been broken since I moved in and it is hanging off the wall by the hinges. This is very dangerous!

If you call the company up, they are very rude to you on the phone, especially a girl called Elisa Vitale. Her manners are terrible.

Myself and my flat mates also receive letters from the company every month claiming that we have not paid our rent and that we need to pay again!

If you want to pay your rent by cash, they will charge you £10. If you want to pay by card, they will charge you 7% of your total payment! They are total scammers!

Firstly, this company changes its name every year to erase their past...
Management 0/10!
Relational 0/10!
Taking money for anything 10/10!
Speak for nothing to say 10/10!

During 30 days in this flat, i had no hot water during 17 days!
I had no Internet 12 days!
And for finish,! WARNING: In there terms & conditions they state they reserve the right to change any of the terms & conditions at any point without notice: WARNING!

90£ for electrical response + 45£ for payment by bank transfer and more and more
For conclude, I still do not have my deposit and I pay three weeks after the end of my stay.! They are thief who work illegally!

Ne pas utiliser cette entreprise pour se loger à Londres avis à tous les Français!
TripletShare, EasyFlat et bientôt autre chose, informez vous car vous allez y laisser des plumes ou plutôt des billets!
Leurs contrat leurs permet de modifier tous et à leurs guises...
