They lock you out and make you restart after not typing a phrase the same way you did (?) after 6hrs of work. Total waste of time. Avoid this company they reply with a computer not a person

Signed up with TicketNoMore. Came back later and try to sign back on. I had 2 questions, CDL# and birth date. They assigned these 2 questions to me. Something everyone should have memorized. My date of birth MM/DD/YY was to be my password. They gave me a wrong date. 10/22/57 is my date of birth after trying to sign on 4 or 5 times I gave up and called there 800 #. After talking to the jerk they have working for them I realized they gave me a birth date of 10/23/57. He tried telling me how to fix the problem, I told him you guys messed up you should fix it. That I never pick a date of birth for a password. He put me on hold after asking me my name. When he came back on he told me "I was refunded me money it was 9:00 at night and he didn't want to mess with it. Would not give me his name and hung up. WOW After giving it a few minutes I called back got a name, don't know if it is really his name and was told they had the right to refuse my business.

THIS PLACE SPECIALIZES IN THEFT. THIS COMPANY STEALS FROM INNOCENT ONLINE SHOPPERS. I ACCIDENTALLY PURCHASED TICKETS THROUGH THIS SITE THINKING IT WAS THE TOYOTA CENTER WEBSITE (SIMILAR IN NAME AND APPEARANCE). I PURCHASED TICKETS FOR THE GABRIEL IGLESIAS SHOW FOR 6/2014 FOR THREE TIMES THE AMOUNT I WOULD HAVE PAID THROUGH THE TOYOTA CENTER. I AM NOW OUT $658 BUCKS FOR 4 TICKETS, WHEN I COULD HAVE PAID $325 THROUGH THE TOYOTA CENTER (BETTER SEATS). THEY HAVE NOW RAN MY DEBIT CARD A SECOND TIME FOR $54 BECAUSE APPARENTLY THE TOTAL DOES NOT INCLUDE TAXES. THIS BUSINESS IS HORRIBLE AND SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!

While the course was helpful and easy to complete the certificate sent had wrong conty on it. To correct their mistake I had to pay an additional fee. I thought this was unfair. SInce it was my driver's license that was in jeopardy I decided to pay it. I wouldn't recommend them for that reason alone.

Good course but additional $10-$15 for mailing the certificat orl 1 week wait for digital download, free.

I have to thank Scott and Jerry for engineering this online traffic school. I finished all my lessons and my final in under an hour and got a 97% the test.

When I signed up I forgot to enter my citation number and Scott answered his cell phone and resolved the issue licitly split despite the fact that it was a Saturday morning. I couldn't ask for better customer service.

As stated by others, this "company" lies about costs. After you spend 4 hours working, it costs you another $29 for an EMAIL of your certificate! Then they try to charge for dumb services like a text notification of completion. $15 bucks, then hit next "oh how about $7?, hit next again "oh now it's only $5. That just proves they're liars that didn't have to try and charge you $15.
