Bought a new pizza prep fridge a couple of years ago, no problems still working. Then, SL300 food slicer about 8 months ago and it was sold already damaged. Have been in contact with them by phone three times, got patronised and got no customer service whatsoever, so I wrote to the director who kindly "entertained" me in a three months long sterile email conversation to find an agreement since we could not send back the slicer since it's the only one we own and they do not supply a subtitute while in repair. In the end, we had to spend an extra £120 to repair a slicer "under warranty" to substitute the belt which, we already identified as the problem but Easyequipment's experts could not see anything wrong with it after sending few videos. If you do not have money to waste, do not bet on their appliances and customer service.
Reading multiple other reviews on the internet, this company is almost a scam. They sell the cheapest, most awful equipment with a warranty, then when it breaks after a few weeks, they offer you half the money back or less.
Do not be fooled by cheap prices. The equipment is the WORST. We purchased a KING GST saladette for £1200. Broke after 4 months. Engineer came and said the whole compressor system needed to be replaced so its not even worth fixing it. Instead of giving us a new unit, theyre offering £450. Ridiculous. AVOID

Avoid this outfit. We ordered a bottle fridge for our bar and in haste did not check the reviews! Well we have certainly paid for it. A £580 fridge was delivered in October and when we set up our new home bar for a new year party we realised it was warm inside (20 degrees it said). No matter what we did to adjust the temperature it stayed warm. After contacting the company we were told to arrange our own engineer (as we only had parts warranty). We did that at a cost of £50 to be told it's a right off, the compressor is faulty. The company either can not hear me, call me back or speak English when I call them. Absolutely disgusting service, cowboy firm with no morals.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT ORDER
No serious customer service what so ever. No efficient trackability of orders my order get lost.
To return a faulty item even within 5 days is a big issue.
We bought a mobile sink for £530 from this company in mid-November, after three days use the sink stopped working. We requested a return and refund in line with Consumer Law. However, they DO NOT FOLLOW CONSUMER LAW! As with all others here, they ignore emails, you get excuses about protocol and T's & C's and the lack of customer support and concern is appalling.
I had to deal with a trainee on a telephone call, with the Manager in background telling her what to say, when I said please put the Manager on, the Manager refused.
They are now demanding that I provide my credit card details and have refused to send out an engineer unless I do.
We have had to go direct to the Manufacturer to resolve this matter and have now gone via Trading Standards.
I'd avoid this company like the plague but stop rogue companies like this operating I'd also suggest reporting them on to Trading Standards!

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID They only sell factory seconds and offer 3 months warranty which is not worth it as there is no customer service this is a 3 person Buisness marking out it's a big professional Buisness absolute disgrace. Bought 3 items all damaged phoned straight up they said I need to send photos of packaging so I did than was told I signed for it so can't do nothing about it yet nearly every review states item received damaged after some research realised they buy factory seconds and sell them as good than fob you off saying you have signed for it to say it's good. I even tried to unpack while driver was here he said he can't wait as he was blocking the road so a made me sign it quickly and disappeared quickly.
They know there game guys beat them at there's.

Potential Fraud being committed by the directors of this company- Shocking treatment by this company
Potential Fraud being committed by the directors of this company- Shocking treatment by this company, they take orders, claim they then need to double verify payment, having already taken the payment, to delay delivery then when you push them they say the manufacturer are now charging extra delivery costs, not declared on web site, charged extra £69
They then say the delivery company tried too deliver but but then after not delivering one item they say "raised your concern to our courier, and they stated that someone at the premise refused the delivery" which is a complete lie as on the same delivery they delivered one item (also badly delayed). On the 6th of August but made another lie and claim that they could not deliver the high value item "Multideck Fridge the reason is the unit is too big for the shop" Note we have 4metre wide doors. They then ask for more money to make the delivery again of £220+VAT.
