Claim Your BusinessOrder light bulbs that were listed in stock, added next day delivery, prepaid with credit card. Bulbs did not arrive next day, when I check order status with website, it listed the item as back ordered. Emails are never returned, all calls always receive busy signal. This order was placed in June of 2010. I have emailed them 6-8 times and never received a response or a refund. Their information has been submitted to the States Attorney's office in both my home state, and the state of New York.

I also ordered lightbulbs 4 weeks ago. I can't get ahold of anyone at the company and no one has responded to my emails. This is infuriating.
I hate it, I ordered some bulbs a few weeks ago. And I called the company to find out the status of my order and I have not gotten a phone call back. Not to mention leaving 3 messages and also emailed them. I understand I am in California and they are in New York, but they can return my phone calls. No one answers the phones no matter what department you ask for. Has anyone had any issues as I have?
