Well this is the first time I order online from abroad, and I must say that this won’t be the last time I purchase from Eastclothes.com! I ‘m quite satisfied with what I’ve got, you know, it’s not even possible to buy the same clothes with what I got from Eastclothes.com. Both the price and customer service were so amazing! BTW, some clothes I got runs a little small but it’s ok. I am fit enough to put those on. I saw a lot of new arrivals today, and I’m planning on my second order now. Can’t wait to receive my new purchase!

Zero stars, Don't waste your money and time shopping from this garbage of a company. This is a terrible company and when I tried to put in reviews on their website, it didn't let me. The website said, because you used the word" terrible company", that the review could not be published. Shipping was late, response was late, and I had to pay more than $40 just to throw it back. Then they took out an additional $10 as "shipping fee". For what? I already wasted 40 bucks to ship it back. All the items I bought were not as described, very poor quality, looked like used clothes. Plus, the pictures of clothes on their website I've seen on other websites. Bottem line, EastClothes is fake, so buyer beware!

Update: I just saw a response from Eastclothes, saying that orders over $99, shipping is free. My order WAS over $99, and I was still charged the shipping fee. Their comment is laughable! What a freak company that would lie directly to its customers."

I recently made a purchase on EastClothes and regret it as soon as the order came. The sizes were NOT just to size, so if you're a Medium you will need to get a Large or XLarge because the clothes are not made for WOMEN, more like children. They don't even have a sizing chart on their website, so forget trying to guess what you typically are because regardless, it won't fit. What makes it even worse, if the sizes don't fit they refuse to pay the shipping for an Exchange & if you live in Canada then forget it because shipping something back to the company cost 10x more than the clothes. Absolutely a waste of money!

Spent over $100 to get express shipping a week ago & my order still hasnt even been shipped out my anniversary is in 3days & my package will not make it in time very disappointed i dont recommend this site to anyone & i really want my refund

Unfortunately, the web site showing clothes availability is not updated appropriately. My order has been both 'confirmed' and 'is being processed' via emails then the clothes do not arrive. In chasing up my orders (twice) I was told 'no-one else has complained about this happening'. What a basic error in customer care talk. As a public service assessor I recommend that EAST review their customer care training. Pity, because the clothes when they do arrive are in my experience good quality and wash well. I hope this emailed review is actually posted and some action is taken by EAST - with changes, not just words.

DO NOT BUY FROM EASTCLOTHES. All good reviews are fake. If you order anything you will not receive your items. I paid $60 OVER A MONTH AGO and the order has STILL NOT BEEN SHIPPED.

I order clothes from this website and never got a confirmation email or any shipping information. I waited 2 weeks! I even sent a message through their website. I finally opened a dispute on PayPal. I stated in all my messages to provide me with information for my order or give me a refund. After opening a dispute with PayPal they decided to give me a refund. Be careful with this site. I gave it 2 stars just in case my experience was a fluke and situations like mine do not normally occur. By the way, I had ordered something from another overseas website a few days after my order at Eastclothes.com and received confirmation and shipping information promptly. My order at the other website was even delivered before the Eastclothes.com dispute was finished. Hope this helps.

I purchause for my fashion shop. And my customers like the designs so much. It really freshes my business, you know. I have to say the eastclothes has been my best business partner.

I just received my first order. The clothes look great overall.

One of the six shirts I ordered didn't fit me well. The FedEx package came with some paper work for a different order so that freaked me out a little but the actual contents of the package is what I ordered.

I bought two times now. Everything went good. Yesterday I bought 3 pants and a t shirt, but the shirt wasn't in stock anymore so they said that they put the money on my account (online), I could aso choose for paypal, they even gave me the shippingcosts back. I ordered two package, because of the import duties. I can't tell you anything about the quality but I think you get quality for the price you pay, i will keep you up:)

I finally god my clothes by Fedex. I placed my order the 25th and I already got the package. Very good and thick dress (an s is xxxs according to me). I will buy other clothes over there :) I paid 47 dollar for one dress, a jeanspants and a shirt plus the shippingcosts included 46 dollar
