I have ordered products from Easeamine for 7 or 8 years and never had a single problem. The products are wonderful and the shipping is always on time. So sorry to hear this information but I believe this is some kind of misunderstanding. Never a time when I go for a facial that comments are not made about the good condition of my skin. This was not the case in my earlier years.
I had been happy with my first Easeamine purchase, the day cream and decided to order the night cream. Unfortunately, I experienced an allergic reaction to the night cream. I sent several emails and left several detailed voicemail messages for customer service requesting an exchange for the day cream and received no email replies or return calls. This is a horrible way to treat a customer and I will not be buying another Easamine product as a result!

My first order came as expected, and I liked the products (day and night creams). 2nd order never arrived. Emails did not receive reply. Phone calls never returned. Frustrating months of attempting to communicate with the company. Gave them the benefit of the doubt because first order had gone so well, I liked the product, and this is a religious organization! Finally had to have my credit card company persue them. Beware.

Read the history of this company and make your own decision based on how it started and the good that continue to be done.
I to ordered $230.00 products and from this company and did not receive anything as well as I contacted them numerous times via email and telephone only to receive no response. After over a month I am still have no product and I am out $230.00 along with NO response from the company. Company is a BOGUS! BUYER BEWARE!
