I purchsed the ivCam software and registered the Windows desktop program.

My plan was to use an old iPhone SE as a web cam, leave the ivCam app running on the phone and then when I want to use the camera I'd start the desktop app.

However, the software is buggy so that you have to load the desktop app first and then the iPhone app recognizes you paid for the software and removes the watermark and ads.

Unfortunately, I'm loading the iPhone app first, which keeps the watermark and ads in the video stream.

I contacted e2eSoft for a refund, two days after I purchased the software, for a refund, and they refused to issue a refund, even though their refund policy clearly states:

Refund Policy
The software sold on this website can try all features for FREE before purchase, and we DO NOT accept refunds unless:

The license code was purchased within 7 days and has not been used;
The license code does not function as claimed, specifically:
– iVCam / VCam / Camera Measure software does not remove the "TRIAL" watermark on the output video;
– VSC software does not remove the "TRIAL VERSION" voice in the output sound.

As I met both those criteria, I was entitled to a refund, but since they refused to issue one, I had to take it up with my credit card company.

My advice, use the Reincubate Camo software instead. It costs more, but it works great.
