I almost lost $500 but for the helpfull people at go-daddy.com. If it looks too good to be true, you better believe its a scam. I'd rather burn my money then give it to scammers like e-yoritaka.

At the time of writing (December 11 2009) this domain has been suspended and cannot be resolved. This may mean the site has been pulled from the server by its service provider for illegal activity.
You can be sure that this site will not reappear, or if it does it will be as a different business with a different domain name.
The registrant details for this site were masked by a service called Privacy Protect, whom you can notify of any misuse of their services for the purpose of illegal activities. The address to go to is:

The name of the host is Hosting Services, inc., a brand owned by UK2 Group (http://www.uk2group.com), though they trade as Midphase and you can contact them at:
http://www.midphase.com/contact.php
If they are/were hosting this site, they should be able to tell you why it has been suspended.
About the only things you can do are those, to notify one company that a site has abused their services and get some information from the other. The site itself has gone and no doubt the business associated with it has, too. Often the business names, personal names and addresses provided for the record with such sites are phony in any case, so there's no trail to follow.
If you have proof that you've been scammed, tell your credit card company. As the site has gone, though, there's no possibility of a dispute procedure and I would be very interested to hear what, if anything, the credit card companies do in this situation.
