AWFUL!
Their sizing offered is way smaller than standard sizing. The 2X womens tee shirt I ordered is really a medium everywhere else. They only offered to exchange the tee for a 3X and wouldn't exchange for a larger Mens size tee shirt, nor give a refund.
I'm a XL but like bigger sizes. I know a 3X they're offering still won't fit. They keep sending me the same form emails ( 6 now) but each time a diff rep. What a JOKE.
Quality of the shirt is also sub-par. I am disputing this purchase with my Credit card company.
I purchased a monster tee for my nephew's birthday. When he opened the box it made him chuckle and I thought money well spent. He couldn't wait to put it on. It was true to size and looked beautiful on him.
I ordered the wrong size hoodie by mistake. When I received it I got frustrated as I couldn't understand what could have gone wrong. I emailed customer support and they explained the whole thing in a very courteous way. Not just that they also ordered a replacement for me. I received the correct size today, it's a perfect fit and very comfortable. I'll order again for sure. Thanks
I would suggest reporting them to the Better Business Bureau- I just did, maybe we can get their scam shut down-https://www.bbb.org/en/us It is worth noting they have several different names, but if you use this a few of them come up-TeeChip's ******* Christy Street, Fremont, CA *******.
Just reported them to the Better Business Bureau. The fact they do not have a return policy for their cheap, un-wearable products smacks of fraud. I want my money back! Do not buy from them.
If you do make the mistake of buying from this company, do report them to the BBB. The BBB was able to get me a refund after the company refused.
I ordered two mask, tshirt and and hoodie for my sons birthday. The hoodie came in a smaller than I thought it would be. Not only did they send me a large and let me keep the medium one but they all arrived before his birthday. I become customer for life. Thanks Customer support
I am a repeat customer. They have an excellent customer service, they quickly ractified my issues on two occassions in the past. My latest order was a tshirt and a poster for my son. They came out very nice, he loves them. That says it all I guess.

I ordered a tank top specifically for the 4th of July on June 16th I emailed for status on 6/25 and was told it was being processed. When I emailed again to find out if I would have it time for the holiday I was told it would be shipped by July 3rd. I then requested to cancel my order and was told I could not because it was being printed I find it hard to believe that a company who advertised on Face Book was printing individual shirts for a holiday! Last time I checked my order status, eta is July 5th! What a rip off!
