Victim 1 lives out of state and reported fraudulent charges on his credit card after ordering car parts from a business known as Dynasty Automotive located here in KY. He talked to "Anthony" who took an order for $1185 for automotive parts. Suspect 1 and has been using the victim`s credit card information to make purchases around the Louisville area for his own personal gains without the victim`s consent. The victim states that the total fraudulent charges including the auto parts; which were never shipped; is over $2300 currently. The suspect was arrested at the Vapor Lab on Outer Loop where he was attempting to pay with another credit card not in his name. He admitted that he was "Anthony" and after his miranda warning was read; he told officers that he was using the credit card number to make purchases at several locations around Louisville. There are other charges pending at Marathon Gas Stations and other businesses.

I ordered a part from this company. I paid for it with my credit card. This was one transaction! They never shipped the part and have run multiple (10 or so) charges on my credit card without any authorization. They stole $3000 plus from me and are being investigated. DO NOT EVER ORDER FROM THESE GUYS! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER GIVE YOU ANYTHING IN RETURN.

Same thing. I ordered and paid for part $77.00, was to receive no later than 03/22/2016. Have been given the run around by both Bill and Scott (if those in fact are they're real names). I plan on filing criminal charges, along with civil charges as well, if need be. I am only sorry I would had read internet reviews beforehand.

Same story, paid for a part and never received a receipt and never got my part. Scumbags!

Narrowed our auto parts search to this company and one other. Called in order on a Friday. They promised to ship that day. Called Monday to check status. They said they had not shipped but would. When we reminded him we needed the vehicle for a trip on Thursday and said we could get the parts elsewhere if they were having problems. They told us not to worry that parts would definitely be there and for us not to buy the others available online. Repeated telephone calls on Tuesday and Wednesday were not answered. Got email Wednesday night that because we complained in our phone message they would not ship parts. Now we have to take a rental car on vacation. Very very disappointed.

So i turned it over to the police dept., and i also contacted the Attorney Generals Office... but said they need a physical address before they can do anything. If anyone knows that address, please post it for me and the future customers who may be thinking of ordering from these deceitful people!
