The shape of the dress I've got is flattering, particularly with the slit up the left side. It is tailored for my exact fit as I wanted.
It is both elegant and sophisticated and good to cover self conscious tummies too.The material is relatively comfortable and it has the perfect length and color for me.
Will buy again soon!

I got a dress that does not look anything like what I ordered on their site. Don't trust what can you see in the photos. The dress is horrible.
Dylanqueen.co.uk are thieves, quality is simply pathetic. You should know that their clothes are made in China and are sent directly to you without Dylanqueen this worries product quality. They know only collect your money. I was asked to make the gown and to be repaid but did not want to know anything. After ten mails and several photos that prove their scam, they ended up offering me 15% of the purchased price knowing that the dress cost me € 264 + € 28 for delivery which is passing was not indicated on their website. It is a scandal, they are not professional and they have no consideration towards the customer. So do not order on their website, save your money. Again this site is bogus, a scam, be careful.

I have ordered a dress from this website and its unsuitable and poor quality.it does not fit properly and they are refusing to refund me or allow me to return it can somebody please let me know if they are having similar problems I've purchased lots of items online but never had a bad experience when it came to returning it. Anyone else having similar problems as we need to report the website and not allow them to sell the products

I really try many shopping site but I don't find like the services and the quality is perfect also they have quick shipping free, There's only one problem which is the processing time. It takes long time to prepare the order. Beautiful products.

The dress is high quality, better than most I saw in the stores. Beading is beautiful, perfect color, looks just like the picture. It did not fit me perfectly so my mom had to do some alterations, but overall I am very happy with it. I would buy from here again :) My dress was ordered custom fit, and fit it did! The timeliness, the quality of material, and the workmanship all exceeded my expectations. The price is incomparable! Thanks to Dylanqueen UK, my day was perfect!

I've engaged with the online chat service to find out more about a particular dress and the material used. They didn't know what my dress looked like at the back... how are they going to make it then...? And when asked about the type of chiffon, they just kept talking about colour charts and how 'beautiful and soft' it was but unable to provide the actual make of the chiffon used. Coupled with the true english sounding reviews on this site, I decided to stay away and spend a decent amount on a proper dress maker.

As you can see the thieving Dylan queen has replied to my previous review. After emailing each other they asked again to send a picture of the dress, once sent Sandra has the cheek to say that the draw is beautiful and that we should forget about the subtle difference and just keep the dress and that it is of good quality and cheap. What a rip off this company should be closed down. They had the cheek to say they will offer is 10% back and a further discount for future purchases as if I will ever buy from them again. Are they living in another planet or something? I am fuming at this horrendous company. I will not stop until this company closes down.

Great communication and fast shipping on most items. Even curtains that I had made custom were shipped faster than expected. I have received very good service and even although the items are at a price most people can afford it has not been done at the expense of the quality as they look very good. The diversity and choice of items is excellent and I can pay by Paypal with also makes the transactions very easy and safe.

DONT BUY from this company! WARNING! The dress is not at all as the one seen in the picture! This is destroying my whole wedding! The dress is far from what the pictures shows and in poor condition with terrible sewing and embroidery. Dylanqueen refuses to take the dress back and send me a new one! Terrible customer service and i will not stop making these comments to prevent others to be fooled. They have ruined my wedding and the will hear about it! Just take a look at the buttons hanging loos in the back as an example!

I am very happy to satisfied with my purchase! The dress looks beautiful and the quality is even better! I absolutely recommend this site to everyone who want to buy dress online! Customs caught me by surprise but I still managed to have a gorgeous dress for a fraction it would cost in a store.

Thought about buying from DylanQueen but thought the dresses looked too good to be true. Every picture is different suggesting they've been taken from magazines etc and the English is poor, so definitely not made in the UK. I've read lots of reviews. All the bad reviews say the same... Very poor quality, late delivery and not fitting. All the good reviews say the same thing too... Suggesting they've been written by someone working for the company. The 'good' reviewers are all new reviewers and their English isn't good. I won't be buying from them based on the bad reviews and I'd urge other not to buy from this company either. I can't believe a company like this is allowed to trade online, let along Google let it get to the top of the search pages. They must be ripping off so many unfortunate buyers. As the company has been allowed to add so many obviously fake positive reviews, buyers should leave multiple negative reviews to help other buyers recognise such an awful company.

Dress arrived and found it would fit someone 7' tall so needs a lot of alteration. Luckily I sew and have time to do this so hung it up till after Christmas was over to find time to make the alterations. I was about to start them this week when I suddenly got a huge import duty bill for the dress. I have contacted Dylan Queen and am awaiting a reply. Unlikely to ever buy a dress from the again as I can make a much improved version myself and if they won't take it back I will be cutting it up before I even wear it.
