Do not buy from these African peoples off this site they are scammers, I bought a soft loc wig off this site through PayPal this lady who has someone else making the wigs don't know what they are doing the wig looked nothing like the posted picture on that website, it said two weeks to process it took 5 weeks and 6 to get that unprofessional made wig, it was the worst experience I had with a seller, I asked for a refund this lady refused to give me a refund! I filed a complaint claim with paypal, mailed the wig back and the crazy mean seller acting like they never received the wig! Then on top of that tried to put a witch spell on me for trying to get a refund that mess doesn't work on a God fearing woman lol but God doesn't like ugly you crazy witch you will get your karma! Thief! Your company will go under watch!

I truly wish I would have read reviews prior to trying to order. I placed an order Feb, 22 and have yet to receive my products. I sent several messages via dm(Instagram) and comments which were deleted. I called all numbers provided which were PayPal and what's app and was t able to speak with anyone. I also sent several email which never went threw which is very strange because I replied back to the confirmation email sent from dwigs? DO NOT SHOP with this company pleaseeeeee Scam Scam Scam

Do not shop with this company! It's a scam. I paid $380 for a wig. It was not what I ordered. The wig was heavy, they did not bleach knots, they did not add my band to secure wig. The company refused to return or exchange. The company refunded me $20. The lace is tacky. I will be doing my own review. I plan to donate wig to recover cost.

I dont know how they keep any clients. The customer service is terrible. The lady Danielle was so nasty to me just because I asked about my order. Once I do get my purchase, I will never order from them again.

I bought the wig called Tribal01. I am really angry to find out that the wig I received is not what was advertised. Sometimes, we try to give companies our business because we trust that we will receive what the seller advertises. The wig I got after almost 40 days looked like a mop. It was heavy and looked like an amateur created it. You ought to be ashamed to rip people off like that. I will stick to the real braided wig sellers like Fabulosityhair.com and Poshglad. They are topnotch braided wig sellers and what you see will be exactly what you get. You really get what those sellers advertise. This sellers website should be banned because you Dwigshopng are ripping off people who believe in you. Leave braided wigs to those who actually know what they are doing. This isn't for you. Never ever again.

I ordered a 13'6 lace frontal wig it was not professional made it was homemade I asked for a small size cap to be made I didn't get that I got a medium cap which was way to big, the wig was made from a beauty supply spandex cap which was cut very messy! Like 6 braids were hanging from the threads about to fall off and braids where cut uneven and wasn't the same length, the braided wig was worth $30 not $160 dollars, and like the other ladies comments, when you ask about why the wig was made this way they get an attitude, this person is a sure scammer so ladies baware before buy from this company your wig probably will be rushed and made very cheaply look for better braid companies they are out here "sleek- braid wig" is a better and more professional company to buy from try them your lace braid wig will be beautiful and you won't have a issue with it.

I placed an order for a braided wig from https://dwigshop.com.ng/ on April 3,2024, with the hope of receiving a quality product and excellent customer service. However, my experience quickly took a turn for the worse when I reached out to the seller on her Instagram *******@dwigshopng to inquire about customizing my order and ask some general questions.
The first red flag that caught my attention was the absence of an order confirmation email following my purchase. This oversight raised concerns about the seller's professionalism and attention to detail right from the start.
To my dismay, the seller's response to my inquiries was not only unhelpful but also extremely rude and sketchy. Feeling unsettled by this interaction, I decided to dig deeper into the seller's reputation, only to discover a plethora of negative reviews detailing similar experiences of rude customer service and even instances of scamming.
The combination of these alarming findings and the disrespectful treatment I personally received from the seller left me feeling uneasy about proceeding with my order. As a result, on April 8,2024, I reached out to the seller to request a cancellation of my order. However, instead of accommodating my request, the seller adamantly refused to cancel the order directly.
Determined to disassociate myself from such unprofessional behavior, I informed the seller that I would be cancelling the order through PayPal. In response, the seller's demeanor quickly shifted to one of aggression and insults, as she launched into a rude tirade, demonstrating a complete lack of respect and professionalism.
Adding to the distress, the seller resorted to sending me videos and messages through "vanish mode," a feature that makes images, videos, and messages disappear as soon as they are viewed by the other party. This cowardly act of hurling insults in a temporary medium further solidified my decision to cancel the order, as it highlighted the seller's lack of integrity and maturity in handling customer concerns.
Considering this regrettable experience, I firmly believe that cancelling my order was the only right course of action. No customer should be subjected to such disrespectful treatment, especially after investing a significant amount of $596.64, with the expectation of receiving quality service and products.
