This is my second time ordering with Dutch Label Shop. I find their online design tool easy to use and the turnaround time absolutely fine considering a custom product is being made.
I've tried both the cotton labels and damask woven (as pictured). Both have been excellent quality and turned out exactly as hoped. As a bonus on both orders I received more labels than I had requested.
Highly recommended and I will always return to them if I decide to expand the range of sew in labels used in my designs.
It's quite overwhelming to see different types of labels. I wanted something more personalized so I decided to email customer service to get started. Renzon helped me with my logo and ensured I am all set until I finished ordering. Everyone in customer service that I've spoken to so far has been very accommodating with all the questions I had. The labels arrived and were delivered to my address in the Philippines on time as promised and they're absolutely beautiful with the colors properly matched to my design. It's a 5-star experience overall and I'm definitely coming back!
The company announces a certain maximum delivery time on its site. We therefore ordered thinking that the maximum delivery time would be respected, unfortunately this was not at all the case. If we had known, we would not have ordered. Service to avoid in the case of urgent delivery!
No use for after-sales service, which does absolutely nothing to help!

Though they claim to be shipping and located in Pennsylvania they somehow email respond at 4am. Customer service very very heavy accent just don't like the deception. Followed all steps regarding colors etc followed up on phone to confirm all was correct then receive completely wrong labels after waiting so long customer service hostile and rude now I'm out of time and up a creek
I've not only ordered in small quantity (30) which elsewhere would be a 100 for MOQ, but even got more in quantity than what it's been agreed on. I'm definitely ordering more service from the company in the future because the quality is just so nice and smooth and the delivery time was super quick as well.
They are so well made. Easy to stitch on. My order was for a memorial hat for a beloved friend. He always had a hat his wife made. All his friend's and family are getting a hat with his name on it. The labels have brought tears to eyes

I have purchased custom woven labels on numerous occasions from Dutch Labels. Friends have noticed my labels on my craft projects, have commented on their professional quality and have either purchased their own labels from Dutch Label or asked me to purchase on their behalf. Early on in my Dutch Label experience, I interacted with customer service to understand the process and they were always very helpful. I have had woven labels from others companies in the past, but Dutch Label's woven labels far surpass the others. If you choose Dutch Labels, you will be a return customer.
