Duraclean

Am writing as my spouse hired Duraclean to build a wood fence in for our backyard. They came very highly recommended. We were quoted a reasonable price. We paid and were promised a 3 day turn around. They were late starting work and left early everyday, they kept leaving the job site to go to Home Depot/Lowe's for additional equipment several times a day. Everyday when they left there was garbage everywhere, saw blades in the yard and nails in the driveway. To which I've had to replace two tires on a vehicle. When they "installed" the gates they were crooked, were hung wrong and not straight and the hardware (gate latches) were the wrong type for the gates. To date, (6 months later) the work is still not complete. I have reached out to the owner of this location and the "corporate" offices to no avail. I have contacted the local BBB and still nothing. Do not hire Duraclean for anything! Buyer beware! We simply want the fence fixed.
