DT-TRAK is a great partner! Their employees are extremely easy, competent, trusting and professional to work with! We recently had an issue that arose (due to our mistake) and by open communication, the management team was very understanding and forgiving of our error. We are grateful for the opportunity to build a future with DT-TRAK!
The coder working on my project was impatient and rude. When I asked about some changes that were being made without consulting me, he used improper words and id whatever he wanted without an explanation.

I have been employed by DT-Trak off and on for roughly 7 years. DT-Trak provides the best work-life balance for my family. I had taken a leave of absence to be a stay at home mom for a couple of years, and they welcomed me back with open arms. They are by far the most phenomenal company I've ever worked for. They are my second family.

I hired them for medical claims management, and they assured me that they have a team to do quality assurance. The results were not satisfactory, and some of the "quality" parameters weren't up to the mark. I fired them as soon as I could and hired a "US-based" firm that hired US workers who know the real meaning of "quality"
Thank you for the comment. We have never worked for anyone with your name in the history of our 18 years. We are also a GSA-certified disadvantaged, minority owned government contractor that has passed requirements of full background checks of all employees and therefore are required by law and are proven to utilize only US workers for our contracts. Is unfortunate you felt the need to leave a fake review.

Thank you for the comment. In response, you refer to "he" in the review, but we do not employ any male coders. In working with EMR programs, none of our workload includes anything in the realm of using "improper words and ID's". We also have never had in the history of our 18 years any person in our database with the name of Craig. It's unfortunate you felt the need to leave a fake review.
