Doctors Foster and Smith

I don't know what reasons drs foster and smith have decided to no longer be available as a company, but I want to say that they did everything that could ever be done for their customers, even if there was a total loss of any profit what so ever! They cared about the lives of the not so human variety, yet never thought of anything else but to please the customers completely. In my world that would spell the words of a not-for-profit business. Which I wouldn't be surprised if that isn't what may have caused problems for them. May goodness bless you wonderful people of Dr's Foster and Smith!

Their prices are excellent and they often have great sales allowing you to save even more. Great selection of items for all pets.

I purchased an Eheim 350 surface skimmer from DrFosterSmith back in November 2016' for their black friday sale and didn't set it up till March 2017' and it wasn't working correctly. I contacted customer service past the 60 day return policy and they were still able to ship me a new one. Definitely recommend

We bought a fountain for the cat. It came in quickly. The cat loved it. Later, the motor stopped working and the customer service people answered questions about how to fix it. A toy we ordered didn't work out--it was not bendy and flexible as advertised--and they issued a refund.

I bought a cost and I loved it... I received just in time and I will looking for more things to buy... good price!

I've bought cat food from here. It's been quite a while, but the have the best quality pet food with out the by products.

This company is excellent at filling orders and for the products that they offer! Such a wide variety of products to choose and shop from.

I will say that I haven't used Drs Foster & Smith for prescription meds, but have used them for other pet supplies and am very favorably impressed. Their prices are the best and everything I have bought has been high quality. Their site is easy to use, and the descriptions and reviews are extremely helpful. They answer any questions you might have about their stock quickly. I have bought several of their F&S brand items and they are great quality and good value. Shipping is reasonable, frequently free, and very fast. I got an extra large ex pen overnight with free shipping. This is the best online pet supply site I have found.

A few months ago, I became a Comfortis customer. I started getting my dog's Comfortis from Costco, until I found that the Dr. Foster website offers similar prices on the same product. I think the price was a little higher with shipping, but still very worthwhile for the convenience of having the meds delivered to me in the mail. I will not be a Costco member forever, so the Dr. Foster online store will become increasingly useful to me in the future.
Now, if only they would stop sending me these wasteful magazine-style catalogs in the mail.

I love this place, they have everything for your pet, especially the itch for dogs that have allergies. Our cat has issues with fur balls and they carry the best stuff for that. They are very reasonable in price and shipped so fast. I would highly recommend this site to any pet owner for all their stuff. Better than Petco and Petsmart, not expensive.

I love Drs. Foster and Smith! I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years. Their products are of high quality and are priced affordably. Some of the things we have purchased over the years and that our dog loves is her slumber ball bed, her elevated adjustable height dog feeder, tons of plush stuffed toys, retractable leash, collars, sweaters and coats, treats, shampoos, over the counter medications, and prescription medication. It's so easy to place an order and it always arrives promptly. They are excellent when it comes to customer service and it's so convenient to place orders for prescription medication. I've found that I can get my dog's heartworm medicine cheaper from foster and smith than I can at my own vet office, so I've been getting it through them for years. I always enjoy my shopping experience when I shop Dr. Foster and Smith and my dog is always excited when a box arrives at our door because she thinks she's getting something great from Foster and Smith,. ( One time she actually could smell that there were plush toys in the box so she chewed the box open before I even had a chance to open it.). We love Dr. Foster and Smith!

It does NOT contain preservations or BHT. People regularly ask me how I get my dog's coat so beautiful and I know, it is because of this product.
