I've been a B&H customer for more than 30 years (starting at their original storefront). They have always been knowledgeable, with very competitive prices. In the internet age, their website has become the best of all photo retailers, making it easy to find what you are looking for, order it, and have it quickly delivered for no additional charge (if your order is over $50). How much better could it be?

Purchase was easy and smooth. Item arrived as advertised, maybe even better than advertised. I am waiting with anticipation for the new website go live and see what deals they have!

I purchased a Syma 9086 RC helicopter from Xheli.com First time out fo the box the unit didn't work; contacted support and waited 3 days to hear back. Chatted online with a tech rep and was told that because the unit was 1 day out of warrranty there was nothing they could do. Even though I showed them that I had contacted them before the warranty was up but didn't get a reply. Poor customer service; clearly not concerned about service or repeat customers. I will go to Bananna Hobby. Don't buy here it's not worth it.

I had the same negative experience as others. Price for my camera was $299.00, amount charged was $326.95. When I called they said the $27.95 was a 9% handling fee and claimed it is disclosed in their terms and conditions. There is no disclosure. They advertise one price and charge another. Search around, you'll find a lot of negative reviews for this seller.

Last xmas I purchased a 'Ready to Fly" storm 550. All i could get was the led status light to search for a gps... it never locked an the drone never unlocked. First they said 'well when it left here we got it to bind, you must have locked it 'somehow' All I did was follow the step by step instruction manual but to no avail. They ignored my countless email questions about transmitter tests until after Feb when they basically said 'we got your money, deal with it" I even purchased to what was a total replacement of all electronics on
The quad... same story. Last time i tried to check it was july when the transmitter died.
SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY, GO TO AMAZON or even EBAY but stay away from think rc!

They will sell you new stuff and take you money just fine but when there is some problems with the order or some warranty issues - they will stop any communication with the customer and steal your money.

I always think that there is nothing better than educational games, because they develop your brain and cognitive abilities. Moreover, they help you to find out very interesting facts about the world and you can share them with your friends. I bet they will be amazed that you know so much facts. This is the worst stainless steel company out there in China market. Their quality is very bad and inferior. Their prices are also exorbitant. They treat their customers in not so professional way when something goes wrong with their bad quality product.
