I have had this account for 10 years and no big problems. It would seem as if the complainers were talking about another company. Items are inexpensive but only two orders were returned for poorly sewn or poor fabric. Website is difficult, I have 15 per cent discount and cannot find where to place it so will not order item right now.
Dr. Leonard's will take any order and charge for it, claiming that it is available, even if it is not. Then they will send whatever they have, even replacing it with similar items. As for color, one will end up with colors which they cannot sell. If you order brown mats for your brown bathroom, expect green or pink. Smart assumption is that most of the people will not bother to go thru the return process, so Leonard's keeps making money by selling a garbage which is not otherwise sellable. AND OF COURSE, YOU WILL PAY TO SHIP BACK THE WRONG ITEMS THEY SENT! Someone should take away their business license. Receipts not attached for the reason of privacy, but they are available to agencies and other officials.
I bought storage Ottomans. Great for sitting and for storage. They are also collapsible for easy storage. I bought 4 and made a bench and put 6 throw pillows on top of the Ottoman bench.
Tip for consumers:
As long as you make your minimum payment each month. You should not have a problem being approved for buy now pay later plan.

I ordered a product and they keep billing my card every month them... I can't use my card anymore... make it stop.

I ordered curtains thru Dr Leonards, and the customer service was great, and order came quickly. Product was as advertised, loved the curtains, website easy to navigate.
