I ordered it from Mexico and it arrived at the appointed time. Everything I ordered came in perfect conditions. The quality of the dress was impecable, and the price was also amazing. Here in Mexico you can´t get a deal of this sorts while trying to buy a dress as fine as the one I bought in dresswe; you have to pay more than triple the cost. I not only recommend this store but will continue to purchase in it. Great site!

Stay away from this company! I have purchased three pair of shoes from this place and they came in 2 months after. The shoes were not even close what the pictures show and were not WEARABLE!. After contacting customer service about returning them they told me they will only be able to credit me less than half for what I paid. Its a scam! Not that the quality sucks they try to keep your money too!

I was just given a partial refund for the dress I purchased several months ago. Shipping was very costly though, as I had to send it all the way back to China. Honestly, the dress was pretty and seemed well made but came too late for my event and the returning of it has been an ordeal. I was asked to give a more positive review by the company- this is simply an honest one for fellow shoppers.

I have done all the requirements and only when I wrote a review have I gotten any response... but still not any information as to how to get it returned and my money back.

Getting ignored as I am trying to return the dress!

Dress took so long to get to me that I missed the deadline and had to get another. I sent an email to cancel the order but got ignored. Now, the dress is here but I no longer need it and I have been struggling to get any response as to instructions to return it. I wish I had read more reviews before I tried this company! Seeing this as a common theme.:-(

I bought a prom dress from this site, and when I go the dress it was completely different from the picture. In order to return it you have to send pictures to persuade them. I suggest NOT to buy from them.

I ordered 3 dresses. I received 2 that were sent through UPS and I'm still waiting for the 3rd. For some odd reason it was sent through Canada post. I need the dress in may 3rd. I'm really dissatisfied with the service. My order number is *******

Yep, just like almost ALL the other one start reviews, I am throwing my experience in there as well. The bottom line is that if each of the one star reviews was a different experience, then I could understand giving the benefit of the doubt... but every single review is the same. They have very poor customer service, when you have an issue. The quality of the dresses and shoes are poor, and if you even dare try to return the goods, not only do you have to prove with pictures the reason why you want to return, but you end up paying a fortune to ship it back, which means it's not worth it and you are out all your money with a crappy dress/shoe. This company knows this, that is why they don't care if you don't like the product. They make it nearly impossible to send things back and get your money back. LISTEN TO THE ONE STAR REVIEWS PEOPLE!

I thought I ordered my dress in plenty of time for a wedding that I was attending. They were very helpful when I wanted to have it custom to my measurements. They responded very quickly and they answered all those questions. Then I realized that I did not give myself enough time to do custom order, and ordered a standard size thinking that it would not take very long to get to me. 13 days later and it still had not shipped. I knew that it would take a while to ship from China, so I was getting quite worried about it. I emailed them twice about cancelling the order, which is when I learned that if you cancel after 72 hours, you 'might' get a 50% refund. Great. And keep in mind that they are in Hong Kong, so if you email them you will have to wait a day to get an answer, since you know, customer service is poor and apparently they only check/answer their emails at the end of their day.

After 3 emails trying to find out when this dress would even ship out, all I got back was "if you cancel, you will only get 50% back" Every. Time. They NEVER answered my question. I finally cancelled the dang thing. It's a robot answering all the emails I swear. Never once addressed my question on the shipping, and from all the other reviews I read, I would have been stuck with a poor product that 'might' have been in the color and size I ordered.

I did eventually get half my money back, but I would not recommend ever buying from them unless you are in China or very close to them. It just takes to much time and their return policy is a joke. I have never heard of any company requiring pictures of why you don't want the clothes or why they are not to your liking. That's just asinine.

I ordered my niece prom dress a week and a half ago and her prom is this Saturday. Still havwnt got a trapped about my order. Only respose I've got was to get me know my payment has went through and that my order will be processed ASAP as requested. I've tried calling. The number isn't a 10 digit number so Im starting to regret ordering from this website. I've also tried emailing a couple of times. Still have not gotten a response. I need my niece dress now!

I received a dress for prom last year. I didn't even think it would have come in time, but once I got in touch with customer service, they helped me through it which was the positive part. I just don't like how I wasted my money buying a prom dress when it arrived and looked nothing like the picture. The color was a washed out gray and did nothing good for anyone wearing it, it didn't even fit me, and a jewel came off. My friend ordered from here too and got her dress looking cheap and nothing like the photo. I just wish I wouldn't have bought from here because I wasted my money on a dress I'm never going to wear.

I received my dress last week and immediately tried it on. It fit poorly and I have sent 3 emails to them to return the dress but have not gotten a response. There is also a dependency between what I paid for the dress and the invoice amount. (which was half of what I was billed)

Their website or packing materials have no return instructions whatsoever.
