I ordered it from Mexico and it arrived at the appointed time. Everything I ordered came in perfect conditions. The quality of the dress was impecable, and the price was also amazing. Here in Mexico you can´t get a deal of this sorts while trying to buy a dress as fine as the one I bought in dresswe; you have to pay more than triple the cost. I not only recommend this store but will continue to purchase in it. Great site!

Stay away from this company! I have purchased three pair of shoes from this place and they came in 2 months after. The shoes were not even close what the pictures show and were not WEARABLE!. After contacting customer service about returning them they told me they will only be able to credit me less than half for what I paid. Its a scam! Not that the quality sucks they try to keep your money too!

Stay away from this company! I have purchased three pair of shoes from this place and they came in 2 months after. The shoes were not even close what the pictures show and were not WEARABLE!. After contacting customer service about returning them they told me they will only be able to credit me less than half for what I paid. Its a scam! Not that the quality sucks they try to keep your money too!

I purchased a dress online and when it arrived, it did not fit correctly. I immediately contacted customer service to request a refund. They then started a negotiation on how much they would offer as my refund. It started low and then slowly went up, but ultimately they are refusing to give me my full refund. I would not recommend this company!

The clothes doesn't fit and take a long time to email you. When they received it they got the nerve to said their a smell and not give the money back. I brought it for an event. Please stay away from this website,

Ordered a custom-made dress. Went to two seamstresses, who took my measurements. Emailed them with those measurements, and they responded with my size. I ordere the dress, and it did not fit. I emailed them, mentioning my dissatisfaction. They asked me to send pictures of the dress not fitting, which I did. They replied back saying "yes, it does look a little tight, but we only followed the measurements we received (remember, they were the one who suggested the size I should order, not me). We told them that we were seeking a full refund, and their response was "please reconsider this, because it will cost you too much in shipping, and if it comes back a second time, you would be responsible for those charges too). So much for "100% satisfaction". I would strongly encourage you to avoid this company when buying a dress. They send you the wrong size dress, and then they expect you to pay for their mistakes. Save your money and go elsewhere. Bad company. Bad customer service.

The dress is horrible! I spent my budget on this wedding dress, which wasn't much but all I had. It arrived today and it is the worst craftsmanship I could have imagined. Sequence were hanging off, loose threads everywhere, the color was off, and the worse part was the lace on the bodice was sewn on crooked and was hanging off the front on one side, and too short on the other. I ordered this dress because of the sweetheart neckline and that was nonexistent. It was just straight across with this stupid lace hanging over because it was too long. Not to mention the lace is raw edge with fibers sticking out. I have tried to get in contact with customer service, and no luck! I did get an estimate on return shipping from usps.com...$80! I paid $117 for the dress. I guess I'm stuck with garbage, and now I have to try to locate the money to buy something else. Thanks a lot Dresswe. You have really made this happy occasion a sad situation. Shame on you for stealing from brides to be and ruining their happy time.

Do not order from this site. It is a scam. You will not be able to return this item because they will not get back with you and even if they did, it would cost as much, if not more, than your purchase price.

Order a pair of shoes in early March 2015 for my senior prom. No production was made more than a month after I ordered and paid. Emailed asking what was going on and got terrible customer service. Lady canceled my order and had the people who were making my shoes throw them out. Had to reorder my shoes and constantly bug them to make sure they would make it on time for my prom. Once I received my shoes, I got TERRIBLE quality. The seams were sticking out, there were no jewels in the pump like the picture. I confronted them about it saying I wanted a refund because I couldn't wear them in public let alone for prom. Well I was told that I could only get a refund if I returned the shoes first but the shipping back was on me. I asked for pictures of the shoes before they were shipped so I could cancel the order if it was wrong; they completely ignored my multiple requests for pictures and shipped the shoes anyway. It will cost me $50 to ship the shoes back and the shoes only cost me $98.

TOTAL Scam... I ordered a dress and the color was incorrect It was $150.00 dress. THEY WONT RETURN ANYTHIng AND RUN YOU AROUND FOR MONTHS! EVEN IF THEY SEND THE WRONG COLOR. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I received & tried on my dirty wedding dress. I have contacted customer service twice & complaints department once now, with no reply.the dress had marks on it.the beading was not sewn on correctly, it was falling off, crooked, half of it is missing & broken & it is the main centre piece of the dress.the sleeves are sewn at different points on either side, so they don't even match up, they also have used the end of the roll so the holes from the end of the material are showing on the sleeves & on the hem.the sleeves are cut crooked as is the hem, it is all jagged & it's not even sewn together, it's falling apart.it arrived well before it was due, so it's either been a rush job, or it's been a return, that has been worn, as it shouldn't be dirty.it also had hair on the inside. I paid extra for it as it wasn't in stock, so it somehow got in very, very quickly. I have sent pictures with my email & requested a refund, once again with no reply.not good enough. Absolutely disgusted. I want my money back, as I have to buy another dress.not happy!

You don't even get what you pay for.i know it's meant to be a cheaper site ,but they could at least deliver a properly sewn & clean item,especially a wedding dress.i don't recommend at all.bad customer service.

DO NOT ORDER FROM DRESSWE!... So I ordered a dress from dresswe.com without first checking their return policy... Big mistake. I ordered a gown in white that was supposed to be my wedding dress. It fit horribly. There were so many alterations that needed to be done I would have ended up paying more than I did for the dress. I will say The quality of fabric was not bad but it definitely looked MUCH less quality than the picture. The picture looked like a very structured and high quality dress and that's just NOT what I received at all. It just hung there like a limp noodle. I wouldn't wear that dress anywhere let alone my wedding. On top of that the customer service was HORRIBLE. The rep was SO rude. They only respond once a day so one conversation took an entire week. Their email they have listed on the website only sends automated responses so you can't reply otherwise your response will get kicked back to you. Their phone number is international Soo you'll have to pay$$ just to speak with someone. So I ended up speaking to someone via Facebook thank goodness. After a week's worth of back and forth and all the stress and waiting and anticipation and heart ache and inconvenience... they are only offering to pay 25$ refund. The dress was 140 plus shipping. I will never order from them again.

Absolutely fraudulent site. These people have the worst customer service and do not follow their own return policy. They steal your money and think that it's ok. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE

Actually this was the worst experience for me with DRESSWE, I ordered 2 dresses one of them they told me after i paid it's no more available but until now it's shown in the website and any one can pay it!
And after 2 complains they returned back my many but they deducted around 30$ without informing me plus the other dress I didn't receive it yet and there is a delay without any update.
I keep telling all people about this bad experience and I advice any one to request from more trusty website.

I'm order my prom dress since April 23rd and I've been waiting on my dress that was only supposed to take a few days to come. It's almost Prom I only got two weeks left and I'm really stressing over this. I have been on the phone now twice within 10 days of each other talking with two different individuals. I have been cut off now for the second time after two hours of delayed responses. I can not get into the que now. I was guaranteed a dress by my date of the 25th. I have no idea where my dress is who has it and was told now that it did not pass quality control. I am glad they did not send a bad dress however... requested either a refund because they have said it will have to be remade. No one is now responding and either I want a refund or the dress as promised by the 25th. This site needs to resolve these issues immediately. Susan, I was told that I would be contacted by email which has not happened.

Tip for consumers:
Must Resolve items in CS before any more sales are done. Need a phone number in the states to physically call not in Hong Kong.

This company will not issue returns! My daughter ordered two dresses and didn't like the style of one of them. She contacted the company, as the company indicates must be done in their customer service guidelines, and was asked to send a picture. Then she was told to "get a tailor" because they refused to refund the money for her reason. The fit of both of her dresses was also quite different even though we followed the charts for measuring carefully. One dress fit well and the other did not. If you order from this site, be prepared to accept whatever they send you because they won't fix any problems! It also took a very long time to get the dresses... much longer than the 24 hours they promise on their website!

The dress I ordered looked nothing like the picture. Delivery was fast however what a disappointment. The beads were hanging off or fell off, the dress was 3 sizes too small, what a joke their size guide is. They will not refund me for such a poor dress and will not post my review on their site. AVOID AVOID, AVOID.

I have received multiple emails from DressWE. They've offered me as much as $64 refund on a $106 dress. This company states they custom make their dresses. They do NOT stock them which would explain the 15 day wait for the dress. Unfortunately their sizing isn't consistent and they don't ask for measurements to truly custom make the dress. A manager has contacted me but the options are very odd given US return standards. I will NEVER order from this site again. Please be sure you review prior to ordering because once you order, the dress is YOURS! They don't want it back if it doesn't meet your needs. I wish I had checked these reviews prior to ordering. If I had reviewed, I wouldn't have ordered from them. I'd give them 0 stars

So dress arrives and it doesn't fit! I need to return it and have sent them 2 emails - they won't respond. I can't call them and their instant messaging doesn't work either. Given the reviews I've been reading, I shouldn't have ordered this dress, will not order from this company again, and they are probably jerking me around. Now let's see what happens.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! BEWARE! IT IS A SCAM! IT looks NOTHING like the picture they show on there website and if you try to return because of size they will beat around the bush with you and not refund you! I LOST MONEY shopping here…please do not make the same mistake! NOT worth the stress or money lost. Go to a legit website. DO NOT SHOP AT dresswe.com!

Do not use them. They will change you and not send dress in time they say. 3 days past the latest day they said and still no dress.

Do NOT order from this company unless you are 100% sure about what you are buying. I bought an it me from them that cam in looking cheap. I asked to return the item. They offered me 40% of what I paid. Their return policy says NOTHING about this. We are on round number 4 and they have upped it to 50%

Do not buy here.

The dress I ordered was so cheaply made that it immediately ripped when I tried to zip it. I needed this dress for my daughters wedding and now I have to buy another dress.

This site is completely a SCAM! I should have researched and reviewed their information before I spent money. Unfortunately after reading everyone's reviews I doubt I will hear back from customer service... I will definitely be repining the shoes I bought under SCAM alert! It took almost a month and a half to get my order. 7 weeks since I ordered and paid. They looked nothing like the picture. Different leather, actually not even leather, and a kind of spongy sole with no grip... seriously who makes a shoe like this?!? From a site that says satisfaction they are clearly the complete opposite. For future reference I will not order from sites without flipping through product pictures. After looking thought their pictures you can clearly see they just took pictures from other websites and are copying their designs in a cheap "knock-off" fashion... Lesson learned and hopefully others will see these reviews before ordering anything! *sigh* What happened to integrity?!?!?!

It's been over 2 weeks since I paid. I have not received my shoes. The live chat never responded, 2 emails have not been responded to either. I even called the phone number listed and it is always busy. I will be calling my credit card company to cancel the payment. Terrible experience.

Be careful with this website. They are crooks and they send things the wrong side. When you tell them about the wrong size, they make it impossible for you to return. If you look at the good reviews, they are written in broken English, hint people.

Hello, hope you can help me as I am in distress here. I placed my order and made payment on 14 November 2014, order number *******. I have not received my order yet, I reside in Pretoria, South Africa. I have been communicating with Susan back and forward with no joy. Susan tells me that my parcel has arrived in South Africa, it's because the
Post Office was on strike here in South Africa, I contact the Post Office here and give them the Tracking number RK*******CN, Post Office tells me the parcel is not in South Africa yet. It's got to the point that I am communicating with 5 people in the Post Office. I received an e-mail from Susan on the 21 January 2015 mentioning that DRESSWE Logistic department is check where the parcel is, I must please be patience and contact back within 7 days. I sent an e-mail back to Susan wanting to find out why must I wait 7 days for Logistic to trace my parcel and my patience is running out. Today 23 January 2015 I receive an e-mail from Susan mentioning my parcel is still in normal transit! What now? I still don't know in which country are the shoes in normal transit. Has the shoes been sent already? My goodness, I have been driving everyone crazy here and now she tells me the shoes are still in normal transit. Please can you help me with where exactly are my shoes? There are so many clothes which I love from DRESSWE but if takes this long to get to me and the hassle it has created, is it worth it?
