I've ordered twice on Dressvy, I liked the items I've received, they fit well and according to size. Customer service is efficient too.

The moment I unwrapped the package that was ship by Dressyv, I notice a damage on the dress. I took photos and send proof to Ella Wang at *******431. She said she will refund me the amount but my express shipping fee I paid for won't be refunded, so I accepted it since it is ship to my location. It has been over 3 weeks and I still haven't receive my refund. I have been emailing her and she doesn't response. This is truly a SCAM!

We received it in a week after payment, super fast shipping! It sets up quickly with the pump and seems to be very durable. My daughter uses it nonstop. She loves it so much. This is absolutely a great buy for the money.

This website uses the exact same pictures from Chinese shopping website Taobao! This website is similar to EBay on which individual sellers will post and sell their own products. Dressvy got their pictures from multiple sellers on Taobao. I'm pretty sure dressvy have no right to take those pictures and I seriously doubt if they actually have any of those products. Instagram has to stop promoting such scam websites.

Overall good

I have been buying from this company for more than 3 years already, generally speaking, the price and quality are good. Just the economy shipping takes about 2 weeks or more. It's recommended to choose express shipping, very fast, just a little expensive.

One day, I received a text from the owner of Dressvy. She/ he asked me to remove my negative review about the owner not refunding me the damaged product I received. The moment I received the item, I sent the damage of the product to the person who is responsible. The person said she/he will refund me the amount, she ignored my emails multiple times in regard to the refund.

Customer service's even slower than their shipping that's expensive and slow. I should at least get a reply even if my problem can't be helped.

This business is a scam! Do not buy from this website. Clothes do not match the photos on the website, some clothes never get delivered, email them several times asking to return and refund, they ghost me.

The pictured clothing isn't what you actually get. The material they use is horrible quality. A quick reverse image google search will show you that the pictures aren't their own. Contacting them is pretty quick... until you inquire about returns. Then suddenly you get ghosted. Do NOT shop here. The sizes are also completely off. Some of the small sizes I ordered were blatantly large.

Love all my outfits and accessories! Especially the jewelry, looks like real.

Perfect, lovely items, well made and just as seen on the website. True and neat to size and good delivery, reasonable time. Easy and enjoyable shopping.

I never received my order and Ella, the representative keeps wanting to haggle with me about different ways of resolving this. The shipper is supposed to file a claim I can't file it because I'm not the shipper. She asked me if she can resend I said no and then she said if she can send me a gift card and I said no. I need this order refunded in full. She answers in one sentence and doesn't understand what I am saying. Save yourself the headache and do not shop with them.

I made a purchase on September 28th and haven't receive any information in relation to my package. The only information I received is the payment being charged. This is literally near a scam.

The quality is ok and I like their styles, they are good for photograph. I think I will buy again from this company in the future

Faster shipping than I'd imagined and really great quality clothes! I love the design and fabric of both items. The clothes made me feel very cute on a date I went on too. The cut and fit of both were flattering.

This dress is not only lovely but also very comfortable! The material is light, soft, and it flows beautifully! And it has pockets! The burgundy is exactly how I thought it would look and I love it! The medium fit me perfectly!
