This company claimed to send a new, clean dress to us. Instead they sent a used, damaged dress with over five different stains. Then they refused to refund what we paid as well as refused store credit. They were all around rude and completely useless at customer service. Do NOT order anything from them.

My wife wanted this dress to attend a wedding reception and we ordered it three weeks before. When I found out that since the dress had to be made and it wasn't schedule to be shipped until three days before the evening, I wrote asking if it was possible to put a rush on it. The staff were spectacular. They were able to put a rush and we got the dress one week ahead of schedule.

The dress was everything my wife thought it would be. Nice material and details. The gems were spectacular. She loves it so much that we are considering ordering other dresses from this site.

I received my dress just a couple of days ago. Shipping was very quick, the quality of the dress was fantastic and I am delighted with it. I ordered this dress in dark green and was quite worried how it would look as you cannot see the dress in your desired colour. The dress is beautiful and very well made. I also used the custom measurement service and the dress fits me perfectly! I would definitely recommend this dress and this website :)
