Ok, I love their suits, although I received my clothes a little bit later than I thought, everything is great after receiving them! The quality is good, actually, I'm worried about the quality after checking some sites like this one and Trustpilot. But, out to my surprise! Exactly good. However, the shipment is not that fast. Ummm I can stand it since the world now is... Fine, just everything goes well.

I can't rate the products I purchased because I'M NEVER GETTING THEM! The tracking # they gave me cannot even be found. I've even tried to google the shipping company from the tracking# and I don't find anything! It has been over 3 weeks already since I placed my order & paid. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift! VERY UPSET

I never received my order and customer service was awful. I even selected to purchase insurance during checkout. What is the point of that if not to make sure I can get a refund when the package didn't arrive.

I have tried several times to unsubscribe from their newsletter and am still receiving emails from them. I clicked the unsubscribe button multiple times. When that didn't make the emails stop, I contacted their customer service online who assured me I would now be removed from their email list. Now I am getting emails that don't even have an unsubscribe button at the bottom. This is harassment.

Ordered on November16th of 23 and have contacted them three times and have still not received my order. I would not refer this company to anybody. Today is dec. 6 of 23. I have printed off everything from the order to the texts to their and from their customer service centers, who are of no help what so ever..

I bought a 40 dollar swim suit, measured by their guidelines, when the item came it was extremely to big. I inquired with the customer support with no response for a few days. I inquired again after I had sent the item back. The response was They could give me a partial refund and points if I kept the item or returned it back to their address in the USA. The item I returned required me to pay an additional 9 dollars. The item was returned to Chino California. After I gave the customer support the return address, and tracking number, and the usps service had delivered the package, I again contacted the customer support with this information. Their response was since I hadnt returned it to an address in the USA, I could not get a refund, because they didnt physically have the package and it would cost to much to have it sent where they wanted it. California is in the USA! They have now kept the over 50 dollars I have spent on this item, and will do nothing more. This, is theft! Answering customers, when getting a message, and sending return information in the package sent out, is productive customer service. This was a theft, I'm sure I am not the only person they have stolen from! Beware! If the option was no stars that would have been my rating!

I ordered one pair of stretchy pants for $25 dollars and $10 dollars for shipping and after three weeks I never received the item and they are giving me the "runaround" on a refund. This is seriously crazy. They told me to call my local post office and also ask all the neighbors if they got my package?! I didn't get my pants give me a refund, it's not that difficult.

I ordered 2 dresses and got one completely wrong dress, and one defective dress. They won't send label to return items because it's "too expensive" for them so they will only offer me a partial refund. Total scam, bad customer service, and cheap, poorly made products - do NOT shop here!

1 star because 0 isn't an option. Order was placed in Oct for receipt by Christmas. Afterultiple attempts to make contact through a terrible, automated system, the second week of December I was told to pay via a different method if I still want my order, all the time referencing an order placed over a year ago and the order in question. In all fairness, I have purchased before with no issues. After this, I will never buy from Dresslily again.

Dresslily is a scam!

I've made a order of two products in Oct 01,2019 04:05:45 AM

Supposedly they were sent in two packages, the first in October 6,2019 11:18:35 and the second in October 17,2019 09:25:33. If the order was made at the same time, why the 10 day difference to sent a item? Notice that I've received the the first package before Halloween, but for the second package they ask me to wait till the 16th of December.

They gave me a tracking number that I can follow online, and yet the post office in my country clearly tells me that that code does not exist in their database, in fact they compliment with the information on the website, and say that if it was received in Portugal, it would have a smaller code began with RT or RV.

When I call them out explaining that the package was never received, the information I have is that I have to wait while they keep stalling for time. Can somebody explain how can a order take two months to be delivered?

Again when they were faced with the situation at hand, instead of assuming that something probably went wrong on their side, they immediately direct me to your terms and conditions where they claimed they won't take responsibility if I didn't bought any kind of insurance.

I already considered the money I paid as lost funds, but I'm warning you DO NOT TRUST DRESSLILY!

Today is the 18th of December and still nothing. Don't get fooled like I was.

I ordered a bunch of stuff for the first time and it says it's in Vernon CA. I am in Dan Diego. That's a far ways and it says to be picked up. They tracking number and carrier that dresslily has provided me I can't seem to find anywhere online besides in China. I have no idea where or from who to even call for a receiver or what I do now. $100 down the drain I guess

I ordered from Dresslily back in late November 2021 and have been actively checking the tracking website for my order. It hasn't updated since November, saying it's in transit. When I tried going to customer service, I couldn't even but a ticket in because it said the verification code was incorrect. Overall I'm not pleased with Dresslily's service.

The website advertises a 10-18 day shipping time, but doesn't include "processing" time, during which the order will sit in their warehouse with a "packed" status for weeks. If you contact their customer support to find out when your package might arrive, they will basically tell you it will get there when they feel like shipping it out. This business is extremely sketchy and should be avoided at all costs.

Tip for consumers:
Don't. Just don't. The information on their site is misleading, and their support staff are completely unhelpful.

I placed my order on 1/24/20 with expedited shipping.

On 1/30/30, I was told through chat that my order was packed and ready to be shipped.

On 2/2/20, I placed a ticket asking where my order was. That day, I got the same canned response that my order was packed and ready to be shipped, and that I would receive my tracking number shortly.

On 2/3/20, I responded that I had already been told that by them, and wanted to know when it would ACTUALLY ship.

On 2/4/20, a service rep said that Chinese New Year is happening until Feb 9th, and they will start shipping things again on Feb 10th. NOWHERE in the ordering process did they mention this delay, nor was it a part of my shipping estimate. Why in the world would I pay for expedited shipping if it would be weeks before they would ship it? I responded as such, and added that they really should have mentioned that on the site or in the shipping estimate, before I sent them money.

On 2/5/20, they said sorry for the inconvenience, here's a 10% coupon on your next order, and STILL didn't tell me when I would actually have my order.

On 2/9/20, they randomly sent me the same canned response about Chinese New Year, and that they would start shipping again on 2/10/20. I did happen to see that they added a banner on the site mentioning Chinese New Year, though.

Today (2/26/20) I tried to cancel my order on the site. I was prompted with a message that said "Your items are packed and ready to ship, are you sure you want to cancel?" I clicked 'Yes." I got a second message that said "Your items have already shipped and you can no longer cancel."

I reached out via their chat portal and was finally put in touch with an actual human being, Juan. Juan said that he could still cancel my order for me, so I asked him, "How is that possible? The site told me it already shipped." He replied that it was packed, but it must have been a mistake about it having shipped. I asked how long it would take to get my money back, and he said he could issue a refund as a gift card to the site immediately, or it would take 7-14 days to get it back on my card. I asked how long will it actually take to ship my order, and he said they "expect to ship the items before 2020/3/6." A FULL SIX WEEKS AFTER I PLACED MY ORDER. I asked him to cancel my order and put the money back on my card. He was very nonchalant and acted like this is a completely normal occurrence, and although I know it wasn't directly his fault - come on.

This was the worst experience I have ever had ordering anything online. They lied to me repeatedly about the process and my order. I ordered a few bathing suits and dresses for an upcoming cruise, and have had to make other purchases, even though I gave ample time to receive this order in normal circumstances. I will never order from them again, and I will tell literally everyone I know how terrible they are.

Apologies for the long post but I need to explain it all.

I made an order of 3 tops in November. Guess when I got them. JANUARY. I kept checking the tracking in info. It was tracked until Dec 10th and then NOTHING. I mean it took a while to get moving but I was looking at it mid December wondering why nothing had happened. W
When I said something about it the lady restated what I had already seen. She even went on to say that there was a shortage of items. But you took my money for it so it wasn't that much of a shortage. So I asked to cancel my order. She then told me it was already shipped so I couldn't cancel. She said I would have to wait till I got the items and then do a refund. This was late December. Ok fine
Next thing I know I get a message that says my order may come to me around late FEBRUARY. EXCUSE ME?! And this is from me ordering in EARLY NOVEMBER. I was starting to get upset now. I ended up getting my 3 tops in mid January. I tried them on. ONLY ONE OF THEM FIT! The other two looked extremely cheap (practically sheer and old material) and after all this I was beyond annoyed. So I told the lady ok I got the items and I for sure want to return 2 of them, can you help me process a refund? This was 1/23. She then told me that they would on 2/16. It took that long just to get a response back. I then got a different rep. She said I would have to send back the items by postal service AT MY OWN EXPENSE. SERIOUSLY?!?! I explained all my frustrations and apparently everything I went through didn't matter. They weren't going to compensate me for the fact that I had to wait for my order for 2 months only to get cheap items that didn't fit. I had already sent my items back. That was on 2/28 and the tracking said they would get it that Tuesday. So the first week of March. I waited for a response from Dresslily saying that they received my items and that they would do a refund. Nope. Why should they? I sent a message yesterday 3/25 saying that I heard nothing so what is the problem and where is my refund? LO AND BEHOLD TODAY 3/26 I GET A MESSAGE. We are processing your refund today and I saw it in my PayPal. Terrible!

This was THE WORST. And before you say that it was coming from far, I ordered items in December from China and Korea and they came BEFORE my Dresslily items. It's a real shame. This was my first time shopping at Dresslily and this was what I had to deal with. I was actually excited about them at first and wanted to make them my go to online store. After this. FORGET IT!

My package was supposed to arrive within 10-15 days, its been a month and it still says "Shipped out". Very disappointed. They keep responding to my messages with "Please kindly wait for your order." I need this dress for Halloween and its no where to be seen. I would never buy from them again and never recommend them to someone.

It is now the day after Halloween and my package is still on a plane somewhere.
Customer service won't answer any of my questions. Extremely disappointed.

It is maddening to me to never get ahold of anyone. The phone number is never connecting to a person. It just constantly states no one is available. I try to return the item just to exhange it and have to get online, create a ticket and send a picture of the item, do a chat, and then who knows what happens next...all in efforts just to exhange an item that they sized wrong and doesn't fit. It should not be this difficult to exchange an tiem. They not only need a zero button but a negative star button(s) as this company is horrible!

One star is being generous. I've ordered twice. First order the clothes and materials were terrible and fit very awkward. Their ads make the clothes look so good, so they got me a second time. Over a month after I placed this order I noticed the tracking said 'delivered' about a week prior to me checking. I've never seen this package. I reached out via email, phone and live chat. I was asked to be patient and they would get back to me in 7-10 days. Apparently my package was sent back due to address issue. Crazy I've lived here for over 5 years amd have recieved almost ALL packages/mail, my address was exact and complete. The customer service is terrible and VERY hard to understand (sorry). So, over a month later, no answers, package, refund... nothing. Overall, terrible experience. -5 stars

I paid extra for 7 day shipping. It was over two months by the time my item arrived. I was out of the country and did not get notified of the delivery. Therefore, the package was sent back. NEVER received it. Now, they want to partial refund me? What? Horrible customer service, Not worth the hassle. Total rip off! Buyer BEWARE!

Ordered and paid on October 23. It is now November 15. The tracking number is invalid. Even though I told them it's invalid all they do is repeat the same tracking number over and over again. When I told them I want my money back they responded again with this invalid tracking number.

The refund was only 10 for a 50-dollar purchase, Never got my dresses or a full refund. It's better to shop in person.

Be aware this can happen to you.

Dresses were NEVER received. A partial refund, at least give me more store credit. Took my money & Never received it.
