This website has apparently been running since late 2009, when 2010 prom dresses first became available. It also shut down randomly, just in the middle of March 2010. This website claims to have everything you can imagine - on "sale" from the retail price of, say, $400 to something like $141, in all sizes and colors available from the company that designed the dress. The site is very unprofessional because there is no phone number. It keeps claiming that it will be "coming soon" just as it claims its live chat will be "coming soon" and it's been almost a year. Only way to contact is by e-mail and the lady in charge, who speaks Engrish, makes up excuses for why your dress did not arrive in 3 weeks like the site claimed it would. The last excuse I received claimed that 200 other orders were seriously delayed because of their long Chinese holiday. That is a lie because I looked up the holiday during the time period she mentioned - it doesn't exist. I've been all over the Internet searching reviews of dressinmyheart.com and I cannot find any - just questions that have been deleted from Yahoo! Answers wondering if the site is legit at all.

I have also had a bad experience. I ordered a dress and was promised multiple shipping dates. The company is responding with excuses, but I have not received the dress yet.
4/26/2010 UPDATE - I finally received the dress. It is not the authentic brand, but appears to look like the picture.
