After purchase of dress that was nowhere near the measurements listed for sizing - attempted to return to buy next size up - have sent numerous emails with no reply - BUYERS BEWARE not reputable company!

I inquired to clarify the return policy in the event I didn't like the fit or color on me. Their response was that I could return it according to the return policy. And then they added "If you don't like the style of the dress received, we are afraid that we have no control and responsibility of your personal taste to the style after you received the dress. Please choose the right style you want before ordering." Really? I would never order anything from this website based on that!

If you have any doubt if your dress will fit, do not order. I'm still trying to return my item and it's been 2 weeks since I've contacted them. They are extremely slow to respond and I have no idea where to send my item back to. I believe it is overseas. I strongly urge you to shop David's bridal or somewhere local!

I ordered 4 dresses for my son's wedding as all stores are closed and the wedding was in a few months. I immediately received and email asking that I only order one dress in case they did not fit, as the dresses are made to order. I understood and advised which dress I wanted. I was still charged for all four dresses and still have not received a refund after over 6 weeks ($484.97). Now I received the dress ordered and although it is of good quality and very pretty it does not fit so I am trying to return it as you must do so within 15 days to get a refund. They say I am responsible to return which is reasonable but they will not provide a return address so I am stuck. I have been attempting for weeks now with no information provided. This is not reasonable and I would never purchase from them again. BEWARE

The dresses on line look nothing like what you receive. The one I received was not close to the correct size and it smelled horrible when I opened the package. They are awful to work with and their posted return policy is not accurate as they don't return your money. Never again.

Spent almost 300 on a dress and it was defective. No response to 3 emails that I sent. Do not buy from this company.

Dress size description on the website is incorrect. My dress was the size I wear, and I felt like I ordered 2 sizes smaller than I actually did, because I ordered the size I wear and their size is way to small! I've been trying to return my item and it's been over a month since I've contacted them. They are extremely slow to respond, or they choose not to respond. So therefore I have no idea where to send my item back to. And, no refund for my money from the purchase. I'm very disgusted because they had the nerve to suggest I try selling my dress to someone to get my money back! They told me shipping to China was to expensive, even though I offered to pay for the shipping myself. I have ordered 3 girl dresses for my wedding almost a month ago. The payment has been approved the day after my purchase, the money left my bank account too... And since: nothing! Nothing has been shipped, I have emailed 5 times and no response. I have now requested my money back... And still nothing.

I am not sure what I will do next but I highly recommend to avoid this website at all cost.

I am VERY disappointed and upset.

We ordered a dress for my mom for my wedding. The color is NOT at all what is pictured on the website, see for yourself at the bottom. They were only willing to issue us a 10% refund for this issue. The sizes also run VERY small. They were unwilling to exchange for size and had more of a "you ordered that size, it's your problem" mentality. There was also an extremely visible area of frayed material along the sash that they did not address at all during our countless back and forth messages just to issue a simple exchange.

In summary, NOT accurate product to what you see on website, tedious and impossible return policy, no concern for customer satisfaction.

I ordered a dress to wear to my son's wedding. I ordered a regular size off their website. It was not made specifically for me. The website says it will accept returns if it isn't what you thought you were ordering based on the picture. When I received the dress it was not at all like the picture, didn't fit well, and wasn't what I wanted. I went to return it they wouldn't let me and insisted it was made specifically for me. They answered my email once and then wouldn't answer after that. There were no phone numbers to call. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHINg OFF THIS SITE!

PURCHASED A WEDDING DRESS PAID EXTRA TO RECEIVE IT SOONER. IT SHOWED UP WEEKS AFTER AND WAS NOTHING LIKE THE ONLINE PHOTO!

If I could give this site a zero I would. My mom bought a dress for $160. First the fuchsia color was more of a hot pink. Then the dress was made with poor quality material. Thirdly, my mom is always a 16 in dresses but she couldn't even zip up this one. There were at least 5 inches to go. This company sells over priced poor quality dresses and then will deny you a return. Don't purchase from this company, it's not worth it.

I ordered a dress they said it was sent its been over 2 months no dress and they won't return any emails or answer my questions at all. This site is bull$#*!. Do not buy anything from them!

Please dont be fooled by first copy dress they do not give you a copy or even a similar substitute I waited 33days and when it came it was not only too late for the event but 4sizes too small and nothing like the style or quality it is a rag I paid €51.00 for a complete rip off I would have bought from the real company but they had sold out of my desired dress I am fuming

This place is a SCAM! Do not order from here. Horrible quality. Sizing doesn't match up. And God forbid you try and exchange or get your money back!

Horrible company policies and customer service! I received the dress and the buttons/jems sewn on were falling off. The cut of the dress didnt sit right at the hips as intended and looked in pictures. I asked to return the dress and they denied me refund but said they would refund me 15% I told them it was not as expected and they continued to not let me return dress but then offered me 25% refund. I again told them that I wanted a full refund and to send the dress back. They are not understanding that and are denying me the refund for the poor sewn dress.

100% terrible experience. The dresses were cheaply made, the sash was not a true sash, the color was all wrong, and they didn't want me to return the merchandise until I got my credit card company involved, then I had to pay the shipping TO CHINA. Needless to say, it was expensive, and I still didn't have either of the bridesmaid dresses I needed. Don't do it, but if you do, keep fighting them in your e-mail exchanges, and get your credit card company involved if needed. Not only did they insult me via e-mail, try to make me believe the poorly made dresses were acceptable, and try to cheat me out of getting a refund SEVERAL times (word to the wise, don't settle for their coupons--you can only use one per order, and they make sure you can't get anything for the price of one coupon), they also constantly tried to make me think I was at fault for all of it. Do not purchase from this company, go to an actual store and talk to a live person. P.S. David's Bridal is not that place.

I ordered a dress 2 months ago and as yet even after several emails to the company I have not received the dress or any correspondence in regards to the where abouts of my dress. I will now have to contact my bank to get a refund on my credit card!

After getting my credit card company involved I finnaly got a full refund. This company is terrible beware before ordering

I bought a dress - that said silke - for my wedding. It was a wedding maternity dress.
The material was 100 % polyester!
It was thick and stiff and the measures was awful.
I am. a petite female - from Asia myself so I normally DON'T have a problem with these sizes!

It was like a baloon over the chest - and tight over the belly?

It looked like it was custom made for a mixture of Gollum AND Quasimodo.
I feel so sad.
Don't bother to buy from this company ever!

Do not buy anything from this company! They make it hard for you to get a full refund. They offered me 15% of the dress I purchased ($133.99) and suggested I should keep the dress and get it professionally altered at my cost because it's not their fault the dress doesn't fit me right. They claim their measurement are different from the normal sizing charts. I had a feeling this company would give me a bad time about returning the dress because they're based in China! Didn't know that until it arrived in the mail. Go figure! Always ripping people off. I am making a point to SPREAD the WORD about this company. You apparently messed with the wrong person!

I think all the 5-star ratings are bogus and probably posted by themselves. Don't make the same mistake I did. You'll never see your $$ again..

I should have read this before I purchased my dress. It happened likr it happened to the rest!
I paid £87 for my dress and free shipping. A week later a received a text saying I had to pay an extra £21 for the dress to be delivered. Then I got my dress which I ordered a uk 10 size on the uk version of the web and they sent me a 14 that to be honest doesn't fit a 14 size person either. I demanded to return the dress and a refund and they offered me 15%. I said no and the offered 25% refund as they said each dreas is made to order. So I told them to delete any returns or refunds policy from their website as they dont do it anyways and tomorrow I will be contacting trading standards... the customer service was a disgrace! Blaming on me for every problem they game me. Im fuming! They told me on the email to sell my dress if I dont want it or to gove it to someone as a present! What type of customer service is that!

BEWARE OF THIS AWFUL, UNETHICAL COMPANY. THE RETURN POLICY POSTED ON WEBSITE IS NOT WHAT THE HONOR EITHER. MY SISTER HAD A CUSTOM MADE DRESS FOR MY WEDDING AND IT WAS TERRIBLE! SHE PAID EXTRA FOR THE CUSTOM FIT AND BESIDES FOR THE POOR QUALITY, THEY WERE AT LEAST 3 INCH OFF ON ALL THEIR MEASUREMENTS THEN TRIED TO ACCUSE HER OF LYING! SHE WAS PROFESSIONALLY MEASURED BY THE WAY. THEIR ANSWER WHEN SHE ASKED FOR RETURN 1 DAY AFTER RECEIVING WAS TO TAKE TO A TAILOR! HECK NO! NO PHONE NUMBER TO CALL OR SPEAK LIVE TO ANYONE. QUALITY POOR AND NOTHING LIKE PIC. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY- THEY ARE DISHONEST AND NOT WORTH YOUR TIME!
