Just received my wedding dress today. Took longer than I thought to arrive, but my wedding is not till sept so I'm still way fine. Ordered my dress, then found these reviews, which turned me in to a big mess believing my dress would be junk. Thankfully my dress is outstanding, good workmanship, fits like a glove, beautiful crystal embellishments sown on, I am so relieved. There are are what appears to be minor differences, but I actually like them better. The dress was on sale and it cost me $200, I couldn't have bought the material for that much. Not only that, when I ordered the dress I did so on my tabletand did not notice that the flowers were pink until almost 2 weeks later. Not going to work with my cream, green and brown wedding. Customer service worked with me quickly to make the change.

My friend and I purchased our prom dresses from this site. She had received her dress before me! Even though we purchased at the same time. I was so worried, but a week after my friend got hers I got mine. It was said to be delivered by the 10th, but I got it the 6th! So relieved. I'm rating it a four, because it didn't arrive at the same time with my friend's, it make me so worried. Any who, aside from that it was perfect.

I love the website, it's very easy to find what you're looking for, I love the colour choice aswell! The email was very informative and friendly! I really feel like I know where I am with my order and I'm very excited for it to arrive :)

I was a bit worried about the dresses getting here on time but they got here in 4 days. I am bowled over by how beautiful they are I can't wait to try mine on! The only thing I would suggest is that you tell customers in the USA that USA import duties may incur on top of the price I had to pay $30 for a 5 kilo parcel. I am so pleased, I would recommend you to anyone for a million dollar dress that won't break the bank thanks so much xoxo

This site is exceptionally wonderful. Everything about it is great; prices, range of sizes, clothes, and free shipping. But the only thing I do not like about this site is that it takes sooooo long for them to get your returns back. It took them a whole week to get my returns back. Then depending on your bank it took them an extra 6 days to refund me my money. But other then that they are a great site. I wanted to send my mail as priority, but they encourage you to use the original packing, which makes perfect sense. Makes it easier for them to refund you your money... love this site still wish returns were faster with better options.

And the quality of the dress exceeded my expectation also! I will use them again with any future occasion in my family.

I ordered my daughters a Prom dress for high school party from this site. I went to the designers site to make sure they were an authorized online seller first and confirmed that they were. The dress arrived in about 1 months.The workmanship was amazing. It was absolutely stunning, my daughter is the highlight in the party, they asked where we ordered the amazing dress. I told them it is dressale website. Really, for me, I was very happy with my purchase, I was really impressed with the service and the delivery company, and will be ordering from them again for Prom.

I was EXTREMELY nervous about ordering my wedding dress from this site but I have to admit that I am pleased! I needed a wedding dress in PINK and many of their dresses are available in multiple colors. I entered my custom sizes and crossed my fingers that everything would be ok. They told me it would arrive by April 25, today is April 17th and it came! It fits! Yes, you can tell it isnt a dress that cost thousands of dollars but it does look like the photo and is clean and is perfect for something that I will only wear one time. I am a happy bride.:-)

From the orders I have so far made with them, I have received my items as advertised and they reach me in time and good condition more than expected. Ordered this dress for my mother in size 16 on color clover. It fit perfectly. It was very long for her, but we were expecting the length of dress will need some alteration. There was just one little piece that made me not giving 5 stars, the little silver beads of the dress seen in the picture on the right side of the screen (left side of the dress) were not as expected. It seems in the picture they are all silver, however, the dress came with little lime green beads around the silver beads in the middle, they were just around the contour of the shape, but that´s what made the dress look cheap, now we are gonna have to ask out tailor if she can fix that. Overall great quality and price, if compared with local mall stores that will probably sell the dress for twice the price of Dressale. I think we are gonna to keep ordering from Dressale.

I have ordered a few things from this site. Many people complain about service time and quality, but I assume they are not sure about the policy behind dressale.com.
Every product I ordered took about 15-20 days to arrive on normal shipment methods. One product, a costume actually, I paid extra for fast delivery and indeed it did arrive within two days of shipping date. Although shipping dates can vary among products or be delayed, once you know your product has been shipped it should follow the regulation of 10-20 days.

I ordered a dress from the women's section, which came in about 2 and a half weeks. It's elegant, simple and fits perfect. I used the size chart, although it is a one size fits all kinda dress. I really couldn't be happier with my purchase! The staff was pretty kind too, I had some questions about the color of the dress and they answered really quick. Definitely ordering again :)
