I would give them a zero if I could. In August of this year I purchased 2 dresses from this online store. The dresses came different from what was on their website and could not fit. Their return policy gave me instructions to mail the dress to them which I did. And since then I have not received my refund of $214. They keep on giving me the run around and changing their names and saying that that have not received the dresses I returned, even though I used the return address they gave me.
