the 2nd time i've ordered & the order didn't come complete. I was missing one of the types of crystals. The included invoice in the main shipment didn't have any sort of indication that the order was verified... no check boxes or signature or any accountability of any kind. Adding the proof & effort that the packer signed off on the contents would be great.

The website is a tiny bit confusing when you go to checkout but other than that it's great.

My only issue is that the box of stones I received, I was upset about the non Swarovski crystals. They were metal pieces

Everything was great except that I wish I could have known right away that 2 of the products I ordered were not in stock at the time of ordering. I have no time to order from somewhere else to complete my commissioned jewelry. I will definitely order from you again

I loved your site but could not make out for sure about the colors of the rhinestones so ordered the wrong color thinking they were clear. But I'll use them for something. Colors are hard to see others than that I love that I found your site. Thank you

This is the first time I ordered stones. They are beautiful and very sparkly. The costume I have used them on looks awesome! I had to order more, I was not sure how many I would need, shipping is prompt well packed. I will defiantly order again!!

The first order on Dec 23 arrived quickly and was complete.
The second order on Dec 27 has not yet been received.

I bought these because I wanted to see what they look like in person as the description wasn't as complete as I would like it to be and because they're so small it was hard to see what they look like in the photograph. I think it's important that you put in your description the fact that these are tiny hole is round beads and do not have a flat back.

…but it STILL gives me another idea. I may need some more of the diamonds though.

I was very happy with most of the products I purchased. A couple of them were repeat purchases, the Majestic Blue pears, and the Capri Blue rauten roses, which I knew I liked. I especially appreciated the break in price on the dozen rautens: $10.01 less than buying them individually. I also got 15% off on everything in the order that wasn't already on sale, so I ended up saving quite a bit. There were two products I didn't like: the Pearlescent White pearls, and the settings for the Baroque Mirror stones. The pearls have no luster, they're sort of a matte finish, and look nothing like pearls. Swarovski's Baroque Mirror Crystals are really lovely, and I can't understand why they made such cheap looking settings for them. The metal is really light and flimsy. I won't be using these, and will be looking elsewhere for nicer settings. Unfortunately, I didn't use Paypal for this purchase, as Dreamtime uses the Paypal Balance to pay first, and I'm saving mine for something else, so I can't take advantage of Paypal's return shipping reimbursement. It would cost me more to return the items than they're worth, so I won't bother.

I don't have the energy to count all the stones but there is no way it was anywhere near 1,400 ish stones. I was just shocked at how little stones I received for the cost.

I bought a 12 pack of Lunasoft cabs and most of them had blemishes on the surface. I was able to rub some of them off but a couple still look marred. The individual ones I purchased were in perfect condition.

The price is a bit high, but i found almost all the colors i needed, instead of shopping from store to store.

No complaints, I imagine the person who had to get it ready could have been annoyed, since I ordered a single one dor alot of colors/sizes. Will definitely order from them again.

Over all i really love the rhinestones I get. They came earlier then i thought they would. I do wish the website was a little easier to browse and had real pictures of the rhinestones.

Paid extra for 2 day shipping but did not receive package until later. Dreamtime Creations might wish to look at how well it is being serviced by UPS.

I loved my Swarovski gems. I have a crown for a Blessed Virgin Mary statue and they were glued on it. They are sparkling beautifully. They came earlier than I expected, I ordered the wrong sizes but they are too pretty to send back. I did not understand the SS20. I was trying to order 8 inch gems but ordered 20's - my bad! I called the store and they explained where I went wrong. The service was very efficient, and the employee was very helpful. Yes I will continue to order from them in the future.

Great delivery time, slightly fewer crystals in bag than stated, but they are counted by weight so this is understandable. Good quality.

Only thing so far. Is I called and emailed some pictures of earring backs . Haven't heard anything on them. The back didn't fit the post. They were 3 different types of studs. None fit. Still don't have any.

I ordered black diamond, and the package says black diamond, but the stones are blue! Did I receive the right stones?

I received my order. The crystals that I received are bright and beautiful but my order was short by 4 crystals.

Products are excellent and "in stock." Shipping is quick. My problem is with the actual packing and putting together the orders--mine took 3 days. That process seems slow. I shouldn't have to pay for expedited shipping when "shipping" isn't the problem--"packing" is.
