I ordered a dress for a wedding. Still haven't gotten it yet, although they said it would be here March 10,2015. No time for alterations if necessary. Customer service is a joke. They will get your money and then they don't care. I asked for a refund because the dress was late and someone else in the wedding party received their dress. It looked nothing like the photo. Poor quality. They are refusing to give me a refund. Please don't waste your money.

I wish I have red all review before place an order in DreamProm! Worst experience I have ever had! The dress came in the wrong size, wrong color and was very poor quality! The company tried to fault me for the wrong measurements and they didn't want to take it back, they also didn't cover 100% of the alternations, just third part of the price. I am so disappointed, I couldn't ever wear this dress, I wound up buying a new one in a shop (the same price with 0 stress!).

They are AWFUL! They are liars and thieves. I suspect maybe even a fraudulent company, But what can you expect from a company in China! They essentially have no customer service and when you can get through to someone on their Live chat its a joke. They make empty promises and tell lies. They even charged me $40 for express shipping and I 5 days after it was supposed to be here it still isn't! DO NOT buy from this company

The correspondent from the company seemed as though I was the first person to encounter faulty packaging and incorrect ''custom-made'' attire. They argued back and forth not offering any solution. They suggested I take pictures of a live seamstress measuring my dress. It was ridiculous. They wouldn't even acknowledge the dress was the wrong color after photographic proof. It is actually pretty comical. I am reporting them to massive scam detectors.

Dress doesn't even come close to fitting. They had exact measurements so there is no excuse. It's like I paid $200 for a $20 Halloween costume. The customer service is a joke. I have a dozen emails to prove it. The whole web site is a lie and scam. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! You will regret it. The $200 is bad enough to swallow because they keep giving you the run around on a refund the worst part was the look on my daughters face when she put it on.

It was a horrible experience. I ordered my dress and though it came within the timeframe, the dress was so tacky that I had to go and buy a new one. Not only that, but the company refused to give me a refund because they said "It looks as beautiful as it does in the pictures." Really? Also, they have this way of saying that every dress is 5% different than the picture. How exactly can they give a quantitative statement for a qualitative object? It makes no sense.

Overall, this place is horrible. Don't pay attention to reviews. Ugh.

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding, made to measure well it would have been if I was cross between Jessica rabbit and Jordan, it was dirty and poorly made. I've kept it as it gives the family a laugh when we talk about our fashion disasters please people don't waste your hazard earned cash to these thieves!

I have had the worst experience with this company. My dress came and i broke down in tears. It is the ugliest dress i have ever seen. They refuse to take it back even after multiple email conversations, picture proof, and a demanding and hard headed customer. I will NEVER buy from this website again and i hope no one ever does. My dress is horrible and i most likely won't be able to return it or get my money back. $163 down the drain. My prom is now ruined.

I ordered a royal blue dress and bolero jacket for my sons wedding. When it arrived it is purple. The jacket is very poor quality I cant even get it on. All the seams are thick around the arms and looks like a child has made it. I have contacted dreamprom and sent photos to show them the colour but I am wasting my time they are not interested. Definitely do not buy from this site you are wasting your money.

The dress was NOT at all what was shown. It is the ugliest thing I have ever seen. It was for my daughter's senior prom and when she saw it she burst out crying. The beading looks like a super hero breast plate. There are so many layers you cannot zip it. The color in the under skirt is correct, but after the 9! Layers of fabric, the top layers is not what was chosen and the many many layers are so huge it is ridiculous. I wish with all my heart I had googled and read reviews before buying this dress!

I just got ripped off by this company. DO NOT buy from them. They sent me the WRONG dress and won't allow me to return it. I am a lawyer and I am going to trying a class action lawsuit against them. Do not order from this site. We just received my daughter's prom dress. It could not look any uglier. NOTHING like the photo and it is VERY POOR QUALITY. Plastic snaps, cheap fabric, the color is WAY off, and although we sent in her exact measurements, it does not fit. I can not stress enough how cheaply this dress is made. Do not be fooled by the website. Be sure and read the return policy. Stay far, far away from Dreamprom.com. It is more like a nightmare!

Never-ever order any dress from this site. You will receive a cheap quality replica which is poorly tailored and made of a cheap fabric, which has nothing to do with the original dress on the picture. Upon your complaint they will request the photos of the dress and then for months pretend they didn't receive the photos. Eventually they will come up with an offer of 20 $ compensation, where the actual price of the dress was 250 $. Stay away from this scam

If you are thinking about using this company consider: their photos are stolen from other web sites and their dresses are cheap knock offs. Look at their rating here. It means you have a 50/50 chance of having a major problem. If you like those odds then please be my guest. If you didn't know, you CAN do a charge back even if you use your debit card, but it wont matter if they ruined your daughters prom.

This ordering of the dress was an absolute nightmare. It never came, I never got a shipping verification, it was charged on my credit card as a flagrant charge. The US ABPIA even reviewed about these scumbags on their site. Stay away. Save your money. This is such a scam.

DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! NOT ONLY WAS MY DAUGHTERS PROM DRESS A DISASTER BUT NO ONE WILL EVER RETURN YOUR EMAILS WHEN YOU TRY TO RETURN IT! THEY OVER CHARGED MY ACCOUNT AND THE DRESS LOOKED CHEAP. SO NOT ONLY AM I 200 $ IN THE HOLE BUT THEN WE HAD TO GO FIND ANOTHER DRESS LAST MINUTE SO NOW IM 600 $ IN THE HOLE. PLEASE BEWARE AND JUST SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY IN A STORE OR A LEGITIMATE WEBSITE... TRUST ME ITS WORTH IT! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

Not recommend anyone to buy this website, they are super anti professionals, bought a dress that cost me $ 178.00 and the dress came horrible, like shown in the photo I put, I sent over 14 emails fighting to try to return the dress and they had the ability to tell me that the dress are gorgeous, and are simply horrible, of poor quality, embroidery are super tacky, horrible stuff, the dress is impossible to be used, and after so many emails, they told me that they only return me $ 15.00, which I thought was a great lack of respect, I paid expensive in that dress, I will send it back to them and they are to Go give me $ 15.00, I think if they do not have the ability to do that show on the website, should not try then sell, or at least return your money, at least 80%, if they did a bad job, they have to pay for the lost of the time to make the dress, i recommend you never buy anything on this website, because is a horrible quality, and lots of head pain to try to return.

They are thieves. We ordered a prom dress, what arrived was a cheap version of a Halloween costume. Nothing fit, even though we gave the exact measurements, the quality and finish is horrible. They refuse to take it back... extremely aggravating... do not buy anything from this website! You'll regret it.

Horrible Experience! I will never order from them again and I will suggest to everyone I talk to, to do the same! Ordered in plenty of time, paid extra to have it shipped early and never got the dress. Received an email the day before prom letting me know they were unable to complete the dress. Now I'm just trying to get my money refunded :(

I ordered my wedding dress from here and whilst it arrived earlier than expected there were many problems to the whole process and the result was extremely disappointing. Dealing with customer service was extremely difficult. The payment method was convoluted, they wouldn't ship to my address so had to find an alternative, the dress arrived in the wrong colour and looked nothing like the photo. Customer service would not accept the return and refund (despite their own policy) and I now have no wedding dress and no refund! DO NOT use this company!

It is the worse company to order! I ordered wedding dress and I was completely shocked when I got it.
1) It was absolutely different design comparing with the one placed on their web-site!
2) The tailoring was incredibly awful!
3) Length of the dress was 10 cm shorter!
4) After one month of non-stop conversation they returned me only 65% of dress price!

These are the cheapest dresses you can ever find. They are so poorly done, i swear the dress i ordered looked like a 5$ costume. I had to look for a bridal dress two weeks before my wedding.
Don't be tempted, it is a scam. I was feeling so bad, i don't want anyone else to feel that way.
The dress, other than being ugly as hell, was with black stains all over it and folded in to a small envelope.
Be smart it doesn't worth it!
