I had a concept over eight years ago for a unique website. Dotsquares worked with me and helped create exactly what I wanted. Support has been fantastic.

Dotsquares starts your project with great enthusiasm. Giving you lots of hope and confidence. Just keep in mind, when dealing with Dotsquares that your project development is not determined by timeline, it is solely based on your payments. Suddenly they will put your project on hold without advising you regardless if your project remians unfinished. Clearly Dotsquares new strategy is to focus on money and not the customer. We have dealt with Dotsquares for over 5 years and suddenly upper managment decided to change their policy, money rather than customers. Time to move on. Avoid at all costs.

We are fortunate to have Dotsquare to redesign our website and develop our MVP for us. As our business is very new, we have a tight budget. Our project manager is always helpful to provide assistant and fulfill our expectations of our app. Covid was a tough time for everyone but the team put so much effort to provide excellent service to us. Really appreciated! We would like to thank you everyone in the team who have contributed in the work that has done for us.

Dealing with this company has been one of the worst businesses experiences of my life and I've been in business for a while.

They offered to develop two simple lead generation websites in a 7-week timeframe. They missed the deadline and I'd already paid £2,570. They since agreed to get the site finished but I had no confidence in them and communicating with the team in India was a nightmare. I decided to cut my loses since then they have been chasing me every week for the remainder of the invoices for work which they haven't completed. My advice stay well away from this company.

Our Company has been a regular client of Dotsquares for Website designing and development, the work provided has always been of good quality every single time and the teams working on them have always been giving on- time reports in order to make the work and projects run smoothly.

Is there a recession coming in it industry?
Because Dotsquares again started to kick off resources again
They did the same before at Covid time approx. 40+ resources were getting fired and now again they did the same thing just because they feel like it sector recession coming
1. Politics by managers/people leads / and they are fully non-technical
2. - If you have taken the appraisal, you will have to stay here for 1 year, If you don't stop, you will have to pay the full appraisal amount of the previous months.
3. rude behavior by management especially managers and HR
4. Bed HR policies
5. Management always interferes in personal life and they are treated as a slave
6. You need to do a one-year agreement in case your salary gets an increased
7. Leaves can only be applied after 7:30 PM, I must say no meaning of leases here

We spent around $5,000 for Salesforce support regarding the basic of reports. It took forever for them to complete even on project and even then the reports were all incorrect. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I am not trying to be blatantly rude but this is just my honest review of the work I received from dotsquare.

Ask PayPal, they can get your money back! They forced me to make the comments earlier. They are whole company are frauds no matter what roles are, so called the ones in charges in the uk are also frauds. This is the way they make profits by lying to others. They sold me a lie charged me for 3000pounds and needed for a month time but they did not do anything at all except lying. So do not trust their words. If you did paid them and found out their are lying ask PayPal to get your money back!

I have had three different experiences developing 2 websites and an app. Each project took at least 2-3x longer than they quoted us. In the case of the app, it took 9x the amount of time they quoted me. The quality is just OK.

Rahul and Swati are genuine in their work ethics & truly went above & beyond requirements. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for comprehensive work, done in a very timely manner.
Rahul and Swati have been very patient with every modification I requested. We have a great communication about the project. So far they have given me what I need. Really recommend this guys.

I had a website developed. Almost non existent user testing and I had to pick up all the issues and raise it to the team. They would fix one thing and then something else on the site wouldn't work. When they said the site was ready and I went live, it was prone with errors. I asked for help to fix these errors but was told to upgrade my server. Seriously, absolutely no customer support, no user testing and no quality checks.

I have been working with Arnav for our design & build Ecommerce website and Manish Gujral for our SEO, I have found them to be dedicated and hardworking and also there at all times when required, yes we did have a few issues but they were all sorted out and we are still engage with them for our SEO services, I would definitely recomend and work with them for any of our projects in the near future

We engaged Dotsquares for a 6 week project. Over a year later and it is not finished. Every change creates other mistakes. Trying to get it finished is like pulling teeth. They achieve in one week what other developers could achieve in an hour. Be warned, you are better going somewhere else. I wish I had!

Dotsquares have been a great asset in producing our website and helping to adjust and manage content. They are not a design company and we did not engage them for such service but rather to complete the technical work required to make our vision a reality. If you communicate clearly and effectively and give defined visual feedback they will make it happen. Ravi has been my contact and he is always contactable via email and responds promptly. I would have no hesitation to recommend them provided you can brief them comprehensively. If you require a graphic designer then go to a graphic design web designer. If you want technical assistance, use dotsquares.

Having been in the IT Industry for a long time now, I've worked with various companies and the work satisfaction Dotsquares has given is High- Quality with Experienced staff in all fields of IT Industry

The service started well, but the results soon started to fall, when we moved to DotSquare we had strong SEO results, sadly the results got much worse, we spend nearly 18 months trying to work with them, in the end the traffic dropped to just 25% of what it was at the start of the relationship. An independent party found that website work that was carried was impacting our traffic, so we not only has paid for the work to be done, we have paid for SEO that could not have worked.

Overall Feedback - DotSquare took no responsibility at all for the issues they caused, or the terrible SEO services they provided. Our website traffic dropped 75% whilst in their care. Fundamental mistakes were made, and then they want to charge you again to look at the issues - terrible service and custom care. If you plan to use them, dont!

I was impressed with the Dotsquares ability, right from the initial technical discussion about our idea for website www.igratu.com and the iGRATU App, both are now in IOS and Android stores, the PM Neeru was excellent and continues to support where she can, great advice and abilities. We will be going back to Dotsquares to upgrade once we have found investment for the app, this will be for our 2nd phase enhancements and 3rd phase white label of the app development. Thanks guys.
