Really disappointed from doteasy services, My domain was shalimarfood.ca registered with dosteasy, My client don't want to renew the domain, i turned off auto renew, Then i email email received "Auto-renew is disabled and this will expire unless manually renewed by you." I ignore that email, because i don't want to renew the domain, The suddenly coercively they charged from my account, and renew the domain, I contact support regarding their blunder, they said they will never give me refund, Very disappointing from doteasy Regards Umair
I registered only ONE domain name: jamesmichaelcurley.org, but was AUTOMATICALLY given a second name in (***.net) in my shopping cart - with no delete option, thereby doubling my cost.

my price went up (got worse) from the advertised once I entered my customer info so even though I have 10-15+ domains with you you penalize a repeat customer. Domain was advertised as $10 off, $5 net price but I'm paying $7.50 or something like that
