Very good service with quality product. The order arrived 1 week later than initial expectation, but the door was outstanding. We will come back again for sure. We made a mistake on ordering and the owner offered to correct it at no cost! Thank you for your support
First of all, the door was delayed two whole months and they never communicated new ETA. When it finally arrived, the jamb was broken. I had to pay my installer to replace the jambs for $800 materials and labor. I reached out to DoorNMore to recover this damage cost, was told to file a claim, did so, and have been dragged through a multiple reps emailing low-ball or nonsensical resolution proposals. Clearly there is no motivation to resolve, and there is no accountability behind their products.
They send you a door you didn't order... charge you for a prehung, but send it knocked down, the website does not state this nor do they... they are a third party as they don't manufacturer doors rather get them from GLASS CRAFT out of texas... they then say their term which are impossible to find state " prehung doors MAY be shipped knocked dowm... they refuse any return and are just complete scammers.

After three months waiting the door arrived in unprotected box with dings, bent hinges and track and no hardware. Many calls and being refused help I finally got them to say they would send hardware. Four months later the hardware arrived. WRONG HARDWARE THAT DID NOT FIT THE TRACK SENT.
$450 door because of the $100 extra put on because of minimum and almost a year passing and it is up temporarily with pieces together hardware.
Would not recommend them to anyone but BBB.

Horrible service, over charge. After purchase and PAY IN FULL they send additional bills asking for more money cost over runs and refuse to ship it. Told me to read the terms and conditions next time.
I ordered PRE HUNG DOORS. When I made the order I actually spoke to gentleman on the phone. He helped me through all the steps. I asked for pre hung doors, no problem he said. Even online when making the original order I clicked pre hung for the option. The receipt says the doors are Pre Hung and I was charged for pre hung doors. However when I received the shipment they were not pre hung. Just door frames that we have to put together and now pay a professional to come and install all the doors. The gentleman called me back after I filed a complaint and told me that they can't ship pre hung doors because you would need a crane to get them off the truck. He would not credit the credit card for this issue either. Just said "in the fine print it says we can't ship pre hung doors. The. Why offer it at all? Because this is false advertisement 100 percent. I am extremely unhappy with this service and would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company do not deserve to be in business. I strongly advise against using them. OurMy experience was terrible.
We ordered the door on April 10th, It was over $5295
The shipping was almost $300, then, they put on cargo insurance which they didn't ask us about.
We thought paying that much, we were going to receive a high quality product beautifully made, and finished, how disappointed we were!
This company couldn't even get the order, right.
They miss lead us & other buyers by giving a 2 to 4 week lead time which turned into almost 3 months. We were about to cancel the order and when we called to cancel, they miraculously shipped it in the following few days.
We ordered a single bore, and it states in the sales order a single bore and the door did come with a single bore. However, they had pre-drilled the door jam as a double bore.
Obviously, we didn't see this during delivery or installation.
This company are trying to enforce a rule of if the customer doesn't inform the company in 72 hours about any defects, they say there's nothing they will do about it.
Not only that the quality is shocking there are various angles with the wood has been cut at an angle where it doesn't meet the adjoining piece of wood e.g, the panels which have left gaps.
We took photographs & video contacted the company as we were horrified, and they offered a measly $200 compensation, and told us to patch it up, We were spellbound.
Not only that they contacted us by email almost demanding that we sign off on this measly $200 and we're very bullish in their approach through this whole process to deal with my husband and I don't like being bullied as I'm sure no one else does by a company who provide inferior product see attached photos.

Bought a painted, pre-hung patio door set. Built the frame and hung the door, but the doors did not fit (they bumped before closing, and one door was noticeably higher than the other in the frame. But, door frames flex, and anyone who has installed heavy patio door sets knows you cannot get a 1x door frame 100% square or stiff enough to truly verify fit without securing it to something (i. E the rough opening). So, we hoped it would all line up better once installed. So we installed the door (square, plumb, and level), but the issue persisted. So I took some pictures and made a claim on the website. As we waited on a response to the claim with a gaping hole in our home, we considered the possible outcomes. Based on the company's claim form, those options seemed to be 1) send the door back, 2) arrange a local pro to come fix it, 3) get a partial refund. Options 1 and 2 made no sense. I was installing the door (like all the other doors in my house) and we were not interested in waiting weeks on a return/replacement process. Of course, we would appreciate a partial refund, but regardless, there did not seem like there was any good reason to not proceed with the project. So, I trimmed the door, re-positioned and re-mortised the hinges, repainted the door, and finished the project.
When they got back to us about the claim, they gave us two options: 1) ship the door back so they could determine if it was defective, or 2) send us a new top and bottom plate for the frame. Of course, those options were ridiculous. They knew from the pictures that the door was already installed. I told them that those options were unacceptable and requested a $325 refund (that is half of what we paid to have the door hung and painted).
Then we got a call from Door N More to discuss the matter. Their representative basically said that 1) because we altered the door, they could not verify that it was defective, 2) anybody could claim that a door was defective and request a refund, and 3) that I probably did something wrong to make it not fit. While 1 and 2 are true, and 3 is certainly within the realm of possibility, I am not used to being treated like an inept scammer when I have a customer service issue. The called ended with the representative requesting that I request a smaller refund, and they would consider it.
So, you may get a good product from this company. They seem to have a reasonable number of positive reviews. If however, there is an issue with your order, don't expect them to care or go beyond the absolute minimum effort to make it right. Meanwhile, as you spend your time and even more of your money to fix their mistakes, expect to be treated like a con artist for requesting some kind of restitution.

We ordered two matching doors. When the doors came we received two mismatched doors neither of them had we ordered. We had to file an internal claim which took weeks. Finally they admitted they sent the wrong doors but we had to pack and ship them ourselves and we're liable for any shipping damage. We ended up giving them away to family members rather than trying to pack these heavy doors and then be liable for any damages which they were surely going to say happen. Try dealing with this customer service is a joke.

High quality and delivered in a very reasonable amount of time! My company looked a lot of places to find specific bi-fold doors at custom heights, and we easily found them at Door and More and for a great price (much less than competitors)! Outstanding service, and the door is absolutely gorgeous and very well made. I experienced a very long delay in receiving my order, but that is to be expected in today's world. Beautiful doors! Informative info. To help buying & budget decisions. Very fast availability (as advised) on my chosen door. Many options and price breaks to choose from.
Prior to placing an order, called to make sure if the prep/delivery time is accurate on their website since we were on a tight schedule. They boasted about how realistic their time frame is. Placed an order and waited exactly 3 months for advertised 6-8 week time frame. On the delivery day, they shipped a 500lb front door without a wooden protection so it can get damaged. You would think they know how to ship their doors across the country by now. So to recap, spent $6677. 39 for the door, missed deadline so had to reschedule our movein date twice, then to finish it off you get a damaged door at the end of the day.

It appears that the only thing this company cares about is getting your money. I provided my credit card details in advance pending the email with the specifics so I could review, authorize and finalize the order. I did not realize they had already charged my credit card, prior to my approval. Within 12 hours I told them I couldn't proceed with the order and I found out they charged my card almost $6.000 and they kept 10% - almost $600. All within one day! They will charge you and then hide behind their thinly veiled policies to CHEAT you out of your money. No interest in doing the right thing for people. I begged to talk to the owner, who they said would call me if I held off on a better business bureau complaint... 2 weeks later, no call. There are plenty of reputable companies that will provide beautiful doors and actually care about doing the right thing and care about their customers.

Communication is terrible, promises aren't kept. Delivered product was defective and their only solution was for me to return it, delaying my project even more.
The door took 12 weeks instead of the promised 6 and I had to continuously contact them or updates.
Finally installed the the door and I noticed it was hinge sprung. The door was hung by them in such a way that it was literally hitting the door stop, which made it spring open automatically. This also caused the paint on the door (which I paid extra for them to paint) to chip where the door was hitting the door stop. I was able to fix this by filling the hinge holes with dowels and moving the hinges back 1/8 of an inch (basically the door was too think for the jamb they used and they obviously didn't test it before they sent it to me).
Since I was able to fix the door, it works perfect. I emailed them asking for a partial refund since I it delayed my entire project. They reviewed my complaint but wouldn't even acknowledge my concerns. They told me only option was to return the door, which doesn't help me at all.
Wouldn't do business with them again, I recommend you find another supplier.

Their profits seem to come from exorbitant shipping costs and restocking fees. I was charged a 10% restocking fee on a mis order when I canceled it less than 1 hr after placing it. Not really an honest way to do business if you ask me.
I wanted to tell you that our french patio doors arrived in perfect condition. Your website is easy to navigate, friendly and knowledgeable, with top quality doors. The doors arrived on time and were packaged very well. I would definitely recommend US Door & More to anyone looking to buy a new door.
I ordered a wrong size door. Got the 80" confused with 8ft and after I received the door, I filed a claim and they gave me a significant discount to order a correct door. I certainly recommend them!

This bi-fold door is well-built and looks as good in person as it does in the photos. I was worried that it would be flimsy or have a cheap feel to it, but that wasn't the case at all. It was easy to install and we had no problems with it at all. However, the directions leave something to be desired and could be more detailed. We used our own measurements for the wall where we installed it and made slight modifications to the pre-made templates that came with the door. With those changes, we were able to get a perfect fit. The door is solid and sturdy, but very lightweight. We installed it in a living room that doesn't get much traffic and it works perfectly for our needs.
Slimy company... charged me $650 for a preying door that was not, $125 for jamb extensions that were not, and $90 for brick mold that wasnt... stay away from these dirt rods! The door came from glass craft not them. They are located in Florida and glasscraftvis in Texas

I really appreciate the US DOOR and MORE INC for providing me such a nice wood entry doors. We go through a lot of weather, and there is never a problem with the door. I personally think they are the best in Price, look, warranty, service and all.
