Ordered some t shirts for a hen do! The whole process was really easy and the t shirts look amazing! The bride was thrilled with them!
Ordered a pillow with pictures of my child on it for his mother Xmas its arrived today and the quality is so bad I'm actually pxxxxx off. Can't exactly order anything else from anywhere in it arrive before Xmas now, would not recommend this online site at all. Stay well clear people. The one pic as can see but others won't put up a my child in them. But trousers legs are different colour 1 looks dirty the other white but fuzzy like a need glasses but my eyes are fine

I spent almost £30 on 2 pairs of customised socks, which were supposed to arrive within 5-7 days. They took 28 days to arrive, despite the fact they were apparently dispatched after 3 days and only had to travel from Birmingham to Glasgow! I tried emailing, phoning and tweeting Doodletogs several times to ask for an update but I received no response whatsoever, other than a generic email about Christmas cut-off dates (which was irrelevant as I ordered a week before the cut-off date and did not receive my order until the 4th Jan). When the socks finally arrived, the quality of the print was awful. On the website it looked as though the white text would be printed directly onto the black socks, but there is a badly cut-out grey area around the text where the print has been stuck on. This makes them look cheap and homemade, and they are definitely not worth the price I paid. I tried contacting Doodletogs to ask for a refund, but once again - no response!

Ordered a personalized thong as a joke gift for a friend, as getting ridiculous things like that is something right up their alley. Standard shipping was stated to be 5-7 days. This was 3 weeks ago. No tracking references have been provided at all, and customer service isn't even responding when contacted. Don't use this site.
Delay in delivery, incorrect colours sent and when I queried I was accused of choosing the wrong colour which was not correct. Poor customer service and no willingness to resolve the issue. BE AWARE - Colours detailed on website are not representative of what you (eventually) receive.
I ordered a Snapback and a T-shirt. The design on the snapback wasn't even centered, the design itself has lines, marks, poorly printed.
The T-shirt I ordered was size L, but its like XXL. The small design on the front was fine, but the big design on the back was really bad quality, if you strech it a little bit, you can see lines forming. I am sure after the first wash it will be destroyed.
Do not put your designs on their clothes.
I was sad to read the negative reviews about this company. I ordered personalised T-shirts for a run and made a mistake with the website order which resulted in my paying for twice as many T-shirts than I needed. The customer service people, notably Lois, worked hard to help me sort this and made sure that the T-shirts arrived in time. They are super quality (they were the only company I could find who made T-shirts suitable for running), the fit is good, and I am completely satisfied.
Disgrace, avoid at all cost. Worst online shopping experience ever. Ordered product 13 Nov and as of today (7th Dec) still no show. Customer service is useless, cant even provide tracking information. They say they have shipped me 3 out now and its Royal Mails fault. They did offer me a refund, we'll see if i get that. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
I created an account on this website in hopes to customize and sell clothing, but I find the website overall impractical to use due to a glitch that constantly logs me out of my account and over half of the time doesn't let me log in at all. Fix this annoying glitch and allow me a chance to actually get a feel for the features on this site, and I may give it a higher rating. Until then, I have no positive feedback to provide.
Totally unprofessional and not trustworthy company.
On July, 12th I placed an order (#*******) for three t-shirts, to be delivered in Greece. Since I hadn't received a confirmation e-mail, I wrote an e-mail two days later to be sure that everything was OK. They replied on July, 15th, and wrote that "I am sorry that you didn't receive an order confirmation this should have been sent out automatically". He/she actually attached my invoice and assured me that "your order is being processed".
Last week passed and I thought that everything was right as rain but I had no sign of the parcel. I regularly checked the tracking order to find what is going on. I filled my e-mail and my order number and I got the message "Your Order Status is: Complete Shipment #*******". I thought Ok let's wait for a couple of days but then to no avail.
Then I wrote an e-mail asking the whereabouts of the parcel and I got shocked and surprised by getting informed by email that "we have tried contacting you as the Medium t shirts in Light Blue are currently out of stock".
Finally, they were sending the e-mails to a different wrong e-mail. Thy have assumed responsibility and apologized but unfortunately all I can give to the beloved persons for whom I have bought their products as gift would be just "apologies". I didn't have more time to proceed to the order.
I kindly asked them as a gesture of good faith to have a small amount of credit for a future order. In the end, they refused and instead they refunded me by stealing me 10+ euros (I have paid 83,45 euros but I got back 72,14 euros).
Zero customer care and totally unprofessional. Do not trust them.

After waiting a month with no tracking details, I emailed this company. No reply. Tried twice more. No reply. Called them several times a day - no answer.
Messaged them on Facebook and FINALLY a reply. Telling me the parcel should be with me. I then had a three week back and forth via facebook messanger, asking for my order, until finally, it was sent. Getting my order, which I'd paid for around 6-7 weeks ago, was like pulling teeth. Not once did they take the initiative to keep me informed of "missing" orders.
I was told I'd get a refund. Nothing received. Lied again! And now the product has arrived - it is a really, really poor fit. Baggy under the arms, it looks like I'm wearing a giant icing bag rather than a sports top. So, SO disappointed and unimpressed. I genuinely hope they go bust so no one else has to go through this pain.
My husband ordered my Christmas present from here ( so no Christmas present for me) three times they had said it had been sent, even said it would be sent tracked but never provided a tracking reference. They have now said they will refund monies sounder how long that will take!
I regret to say I am very disappointed in the doodletogs team. I have never used the company before and thankfully the site was user friendly and very easy! The problem came with the production turn over and dispatch. I placed my order June 7 and the order did not dispatch until June 13, further it is the 16th and I still have not received my items. My birthday event where I need my items starts early on the 17th. I spoke with the customer service team twice this week which offered reassurance they would ammend the order and confirmed that I would receive the items by Thurs 15th, latest Friday. Upon speaking with them today they apologized but did not offer any solution and did not offer a refund option. I had to state that at this point I expect a refund for the incompetent service. Please save yourself the stress, time and money and DO NOT use Doodletogs.

I ordered two pairs of underwear, intended as a Father's Day gift from two little boys to their dad. I paid for express shipping, to make sure it was here in time. They said that I would receive shipping updates, of which I received none. When I enquired I got short, abrupt, copy-paste answers like "it will be there". No actual updates, no tracking numbers.
Father's Day came and went, and I had to explain to two little boys that I have no idea where their present is, because I ordered from a $#*! company. TWO WEEKS after I placed my order I made the international phone call to find out what has happened, as we passed the delivery timeframe for even standard shipping. Their consultant admitted to me that they never produced my order, and therefore it would've never arrived. Just incredible. She offered to expedite the order with urgency, and send via express shipping.
Yesterday the order finally I arrived and, I should've expected it, THEY PRINTED THE WRONG FACE. How is this so difficult!? HOW!? Instead of having one pair with each boy's face, I have both pairs with the same face. So now I have one boy crying because he doesn't get to give a present to dad. Once again, I try to explain to a 6year old how sometimes companies are run by monkeys.
I placed an order for two items on the 17th October and received an email the following day to say my order would be delivered soon - great, I thought.
Almost two weeks later my order had not arrived so I chased and was told that if it was not with me the next day a replacement would be sent.
Half expecting them to follow up with me the follow with me the next day to ask whether the order had been delivered, I decided to leave it a further day, just in case.
2nd November, no follow up call from Doodletogs and still no delivery, So I sent another chaser. I received a reply a day later asking whether I would like a replacement sending out - sorry, I thought you'd already said you would do this?
6th November still no order, so I sent another chaser, to which I received a reply to say a replacement would be sent out that day.
7th November - half my order arrived. So I sent another chaser, to which I was told the other half of the order was coming from a different supplier.
13th November - still missing the other half of the order. When I chased again I asked whether it could reach me by the 17th November, as it was all for a friend's birthday, and was promised it would be by Charlie.
A week further on, order still missing, friend's birthday missed. And still, not once, have the company given me a courtesy call.
So I sent an email of complaint and asked to speak to the manager or owner of the company, to which I was informed was Charlie, who was one of the people I'd been speaking to all along.
NOT A SINGLE WORD OF APOLOGY FROM THE COMPANY OWNER - I think that says it all about a company.
There are countless online companies out there who do personalised gifts, so I would implore you not to use this company.
I accept things can go wrong, but they had five weeks to rectify the problem, and in the very least an apology would have been nice.
Throughout the process, I was informed on my design and delivery. Printed and delivered within just 4 days. Will use again for sure. Special thanks to Tom
