False Advertising - Liars and Scammers

They state on their website: "We ship fast - most orders leave our warehouse the same or next business day. If you choose expedited shipping before 12:00 noon EST, we'll ship the same day. Our large inventory and private warehouse means we stock our own products shipped by a dedicated warehouse staff." WHAT A CROCK OF LIES!

I placed my order at 5 am Wednesday and by late Thursday afternoon had not even received an order confirmation from them. I called to check on my order, as it should be shipping out by then if I was going to receive it the next day (I had paid $9.99 extra for "2-day shipping." I was told that they didn't know when my order was going to ship because one of the items was on backorder. And as for the "2-day" shipping that they charged me extra for, it's not really two days. It's two days AFTER they have all the items in stock and are ready to ship them out, which at this point, they had no clue.

So when were they going to tell me? Had I not called, I would've been sitting there waiting, wasting precious time, expecting my items to arrive on Friday, as promised. And when I called, all I got was robots spewing their little scripts and not caring AT ALL what horrible customer service they were providing. I had to ask literally 5+ times to speak with a supervisor. And once I finally got to speak to one (Erin), she was completely useless. In fact, her response to my explanation of what happened was, "So how can I help you?" SHE HAD NO CLUE NOR ANY INTEREST IN HELPING ME! Not even a fake apology! That just infuriated me more. What a waste of time and money on these dishonest losers!

They did refund my money, but they think just because they did that, that the rest of this mess is ok. IT IS NOT! They can't sell product they don't have. And if you look at their Google Reviews (under "Lowest"), you'll see that they have a long history of doing this. They take your money, but then they disappear. Often, they end up canceling the order once the customer finally realizes what happened. But in my case, I even paid the extra $9.99 for the two-day shipping, and that's another thing they do - just take the extra shipping fee and use it on NOTHING. Basically, they rip you off!

Then I had to rush to get the items ASAP from somewhere else. Thankfully, Amazon had them all - for less, even - and for a TRUE 2-day shipping - FOR FREE (since I'm a Prime member). So I got it right away. The best part is that I didn't have to deal with RUDE, ARROGANT, DISHONEST people! These people need to be investigated because FALSE ADVERTISING IS ILLEGAL!

Tip for consumers:

Investigate this company. It's not fair to consumers that they are allowed to lead us on with lies. Plus, they have a long history of doing it already. Look at their Google Reviews - (select "Lowest") - and see all the one-star reviews that go back years with similar complaints.

Products used:

NONE - Canceled order when I found out that one of the items I ordered was on backorder, and they had no clue when it would be arriving, AND they did not even plan on letting me know. Plus, I had paid $9.99 for expedited 2-day shipping, which in their world doesn't even exist! TOTAL RIPOFF!
