Domino's Pizza

…ordered the 2 for $6.99 ea yesterday (1/15/24). I hadn't ordered pizza in years, and was stunned by the overall lack of quality. I ordered the hand-rolled pie, got something akin to newspaper-thin crust, meager sauce, very little toppings, and non-existent flavor…compared to chain-pizza from years ago, it was a dramatic disappointment and a complete waste of money…never again; I guess you get what you pay for (maybe?)…

The man who delivered my pizza. He was so snarky, and was poised to write in my tip because it wasn't in the receipt. So pushy and unfriendly.
He left me confused and insulted. I'll never order from them again. I don't want some stranger making me feel bad.

Very appealing and good food. Fast delivery and friendly service as well.

We will be ordering again.

Bridgeville pa store's pizza making abilities are getting better. Much better. I couldn't figure out why it never had the rolled crust when I ordered so I called and that was of no help then went online, they all show nice crust then asked friends for help. Get hand tossed not hand made...lol. Rating of 4.5

I ordered online order my order was late 30 minutes after I was told to wait with rewards of extra pizza. After waiting they charged their extra pizza with a sauce that I don't like. After I got home found out the pizza was wrong my kids Frind don't eat the ingredients on it. Call the place, the answer was with no consideration come back make sure bring the olde pizza with you.
I was forced to order pizza for my party from Pizza Hut it was fast and fresh.

I would like to say that it is sad that yah can't deliver pizza 15 minutes away from my house. SAD!

Ordered a lg. Pie with extra cheese. Brought it home.it was burned to a crisp! Called and said we'll make a new one. Picked up the new one. Less burned but the cheese on top was hard like crunchy something.
Unedible. Thought to bring it back, no totally disgusted.
No more Dominoes for me.

I have "unsubscibed" numerous times and now getting twice as many.
Have to report this nonsense. Never doing business with them anymore.

I hear too many stories of ex employees talking about and showing health food hazards all over the country from domino's, so it seems to be common. Mold, rat $#*!, dough being left out or next to cleaning supplies, sauce in gross buckets. These kitchens are filthy! The pizza is always bland and soggy anymore. Nothing is ever made fresh. You can just tell its filthy in there. I would rather spend $20 on a pizza elsewhere than risking getting sick from your food. You used to be good 8 years ago

It has takin over 2 hours to receive my order. I have called and was on hold for 16.16 min and no one ever picked up. I will not be ordering from this Domino's again.

I had ordered a pizza...the order didn't go thru.this was for the big game... and then they sent me a coupon code to "fix things" two weeks later. The coupon code did not work! And the store said they could nothing about it. Dominos has the worst customer service on the planet.!

The service is great, their customers relationship is awesome, they well organized and great pizza, beautiful environment

So when I see that price with all that food I'm thinking liars. I won't order from u again and the pizza sixrd.

Went in to a location on Merrimac Trl in Williamsburg Va. We ordered online a head of time get there they tell us 15 minutes ok. Know one could find our order. A hour or more later still no food. Finally we got our food. The cheese was not melted at all. It was like they warmed it up. The worst experience ever. And we got the $19.99 by the time we left there it was $30. Mo one could explain why. Other people coming out with the same deal and less money. I need a refund. I will blog this location until something is done in my favor. So I have been ordering delivery fromDomino's Pizza in Ringe, NH for 1.5 years now and attempted to order food today because I'm finally was able to eat solid food.
Well I ordered some pasta, took my card and everything was set just like every order that I've placed in the past.
I get a call from the manager Erin that was 20 minutes later saying that they can not deliver to my address because it was out of their delivery area!
So I looked at the map of the blue line she sent and it is like 1 second from my house!
Obviously past management totally understood the delivery issues and accommodated me by making money which is a great business move since they would not loose any money.
When she called me we argued back and forth about the distance that was only 6 minutes away...
She sent me screenshots of the cut off line and I sent her the breakdown of where it was going to be delivered.
I'm so done with Domino's from now on and thank you to Jaffrey Pizza Barn for being an amazing new place to go to!

Great customer service today after getting my pizza wrong they delivered new one within 10min and still very hot. Thanks

My delivery man, Bobby Callaway from Lafayette parkway in Lagrange Ga is an angel! It's my grand babies first time in a hotel. He came, everything was perfect, he was so nice! He found out it was her birthday and gave her 5 dollars and she literally was so excited! It was the Best gift ever. He doesn't know her or me, but wanted to make her birthday special! So not only was everything Perfect! He was perfect and so kind! Thank you Bobby Callaway! You're so special! God bless!

This will be the last time I ever order from Domino's Judson. Poor quality! Food sucked.
Philly steak sub was cold and looks like someone sat on it, Chicken wings cold, and cinnamon sticks cold also. WHAT HAPPENED TO GOOD SERVICE SO CUSTOMERS WILL RETURN...SUCKS JUST LIKE THIER FOOD.

Domino's you have fallen off since you open again here in ft payne I have never had such a nasty $#*! pizza! Did y'all bake it in SALT.

This is the absolute worst store ever! Online ordering system never works or the phone. They just hang up on you instead of answering it. Then you get there to order and they are out of pan pizza!?!? Why did you even ask what kind of crust if you only have one? Finally get it home $39. Dollars later and my dog will not even eat it! Terrible not ever going back! Oh yeah and the lacy at the window hates her job too

I placed a $93 dollar on line pizza order for my disbled daughter and her family.

The order was paid for by credit card. The order was confirmed via a email receipt.

The driver delivered the order. The driver requested my daughter pay for the order. She called me. I texted a copy of the order showing pizza paid for at time of order. My daughter showed paid receipt to driver. Driver said he had to call his manager. After 35 minutes and multiple phone calls Eagan Minnesota Dominoes picked up the phone and driver was told to return with pizza. Driver argued with his manager saying they have a paid receipt and no order goes out over $50 without being paid for first.

When I was told the driver did not leave the pizza, I made seven phone calls to store. No answer!

I called corporate Dominoes and got a robot to text me back. It was new years day.

Dominoes is horrible!

I had a great experience at Bridgeport dominos not only the costumer service was great the assistant manager Gavin was super friendly and made my pizza perfect! Will be back again due to the cleanses of the store and feeling welcomed as soon as I walked in and was greeted with hi welcome to dominos!
