One of my packages got lost and not only did they resend it free of charge, they also gave me a $33 gift card without complaint! I ordered a cute silver glittery pair of shoes. However they sent me the clear version, which was not the look I was going for. I've made multiple attempts to contact them to correct the issue. They've refuse to help. My goal isn't to receive anything free or even a discount code. I simply want the shoes I ordered. I've offered to pay for the re-shipment of the incorrect shoes in order to receive the correct item. Still my messages go unanswered. Needless to say buy items here with caution.

It's been over 10 days and I still don't have my order or a delivery date anymore. I say anymore because my order was supposed to arrive two days ago. I waited all day but nothing happened. Customer service is also not helpful at all. I will definitely not do this again

I will never order from this store ever again. I placed an order way ahead of time for my stuff to arrive by a certain day. I never happened. Then you can't even texted the number that they have on the website. I can't call a number for a live agent.

I ordered some skates for my daughter December 8th and it is now December 21st and still the skates have not came, after contacting dolls kill through text message they gave me two different dates first was the 16th and then they told me today they would be shipped out. And still no skates no tracking number no anything they keep giving me the runaround. They will say something's in stock when it isn't the same pair of skates is online right now and they are stating the exact same pair of skates will ship out on the 20th which again was yesterday, and that is false advertisement because I ordered mine like I said December 8th they still haven't came?
I will never order from this company again I'll promote businesses who like their customers or keep giving different shipment dates but then offer a shipment date that isn't even true on their website it's just complete narcissism, as of now I'm asking for my money back.
If I were you just go somewhere else to get your roller skates or other items there's plenty of companies out there who know how to run their business. Today after I was told that it hadn't shipped again, I had to send a copy of the conversation previously had that the shipment would go out today and I told dollskill I was going to post publicly what had happened and go to the better Business bureau and that they should think about how they really want to conduct their company lying to your customers it's not advisable.

Last year I bought a bunch of festival outfits because I was in a rush and didn't have time to make it myself. I, of course got blinded by an influencer and thought it must be good quality because it is expensive. It arrived after a week and it was horrible, I mean it smelled like plastic and was really cheap made. I payed a lot of money for each products, but it was still cheap. I send everything back and waited for my refund. Unfortunately, then I realized they only give back store credit. So I was forced to buy other clothes from them. I waited almost a year, because I just was afraid, everything is gonna be bad again. Last week I finally ordered some bikinis. I think you can guess by now what happened. The bikinis were shipped fast this time, but the color was COMPLETELY OFF. The one bikini was supposed to be a blush pink - IRL it was neon pink. Same with the orange bikini, IRL neon orange. The fit wasn't bad so I decided to still keep it. After a day on the beach I rinsed the bikinis and the color just started pouring out. My sink was PINK! I hung it up to dry in the bathtub and the next morning I came back to a STAINED BATHTUB. Customer service didn't even react to that and just told me to send it back and I'll get a refund. But I don't want store credit. Oh and also, I'm still trying to get that pink color out of my bathtub. Bleach did not help

End of the day, if you want an ACTUAL refund of your money then DO NOT BUY here. They only offer store credit for legitimate returns (*they don't care the reason, even if the product is garbage, late, doesn't fit, etc.) and they take a small percentage even when they give you store credit (i. E. a $66+ purchase "refund" becomes a $61 store credit).

Not even sure how this is even legal, I mean their store-credit only return policy is a huge CYA (*despite making you look for it) but you'd think they'd treat people better as I will never ever buy here again and it was my first time shopping on this site (*first-time purchases BEWARE).

Don't buy if you are from the UK
They don't have a refund policy. The boots and the dress that I bought are not my size and they don't fit me well and there's nothing I can do about it so I lost 300 pounds.
If you are going to buy from the UK DONT. Customs fees are so expensive! I got a pair of boots and a dress from Dolls kill and the package was hold by a company called CCLPAY. They made me pay 82£ of customs fees. I understand that it is not entirely doll kill fault but it is not clear on their website i was going to pay high customs fees. When I made my purchase on their website I paid 182 pounds for a pair of boots and a dress and now I had to pay 82 pounds for customs that's like 264. I wish that the dolls kill website was more clear before making a purchase about extremely expensive custom fees. I am a student I cannot afford to pay all this money. Those 82 pounds was for me to buy groceries and now I can't. And they don't have a refund policy. Refunds are always issued to store credit. That means that I will never get my money back and if the boots don't fit me, well I am screwed! So if you're from the UK like me just don't buy from them it is a nightmare and too expensive especially for a student like me. I absolutely regret my decision 300 pounds it is not worth it

DO NOT buy from Dolls Kill unless you want to literally throw your money in the trash. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced, obscenely marked-up prices for the horrifically low-quality products they push, and their return policy is not only dishonest––but completely lacks transparency.

Store credit? For what? Might as well just develop a gambling addiction and bet your life savings & assets on the god d*mn ponies––that's how hard Dolls Kill will f*ck you over.

I'd go as far as to say that this company is a total SCAM designed to steal your money by luring you in with trendy clothes that are just as short-lived as the trends themselves.

I'm all for conscious consumerism and being informed prior to making your purchase, but with the level of deception operating at every level here... I wouldn't be surprised if the majority of these positive reviews were solicited in some capacity. HEED THE WARNING: save yourself the trouble & money and DO NOT BUY from this absolute joke of a clothing company.

WARNING: DOLLS KILL IS TERRIBLE. My sister and I purchased many items from the online store recently. We were told that there would be free shipping to the UK as we had spent over a certain amount of money. It was not made clear to us, however, that this did NOT include returns. All over the site it is advertised that there is "FREE RETURNS." This is false advertising. We were sent the wrong pair of shoes also, which did not help because we could not return them due to the cost of shipping. Many different clothing items do not fit, however, we cannot afford to pay £100 to send everything back, so we are stuck with clothing and shoes that we do not like/are too small. I will be telling everyone I know to avoid this shop at all costs. We emailed customer support many times and were patronisingly told that nothing was going to be done to help us return the clothing. We also found out that if we just so happened to be able to ship our clothing back over to the US, that we would not be refunded our money. We would only be given STORE CREDIT. This is not made clear during the purchasing process! If your clothing doesn't fit, well then you have to keep sending clothing back and paying extremely costly shipping in the process. DOLLS KILL IS A SCAM. I have since found out that this has happened a lot of people with this company and I've also since learned that this company is RACIST?! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE unless you want cheap crappy clothing, no refunds and unrealistic, unaffordable shipping costs! Save your money for ASOS, topshop, h&m etc. they actually care about their customers.

I ordered November 27th to beat the black Friday rush and didn't receive my order until December 12th. The two skirts I ordered were absolutely terrible quality, like Halloween costumes. The pants were too small even though I'm a medium and ordered a large. When I sent them my complaints and wanted my money back for the pants because I can't even wear them and they are now sold out of the size up the customer service rep just left a copy paste "We always do store credit for our returns." and nothing else. So save your time and money.

I ordered a beautiful coffin cosmetics case for a special lady in my life for Mother's Day, though she lives 600 miles away. Dolls Kill uses a search similar to Uber/Lyft to locate the address you want to delivery to. I my case, there was a street name with Circle (Cr) and one with Center (Ctr). It went to one instead if the other. Henceforth, my gift was ruined and when I asked about getting the product to the right address, was told, "tough luck, you'll have to pay again." Needless to say, such a heartless response will get none of my business ever again! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this "boutique", key word for ripoff in this sense.

Everytime I shop at this site my order is always late than when it would originally arrive. Shipping tells me it arrives within 5-10 days of purchase but it has been over a month. When the package arrived the material appeared to be very cheap and falls apart very easily. I had a dress that had chains for the straps. The chains were made of a very cheap plastic material and broke my second time wearing the dress. I then had a friend who had a good experience with them when buying shoes so I bought a pair for another friend as a Christmas gift. I bought it December 1st, expecting my order will arrive on time being the 5-10 days considering my friend's did and I am having the same experience as my first. It is the 21st and the package has not even shipped yet. After giving it a second chance I do not plan to shop here anymore.

Unable to cancel order after accidental purchase and told to wait until I receive shipment then return for store credit. Unable to get return to credit card and instead forced to purchase only from them. Last purchase made for sure!

I ordered from Dollskill for the first time for mine and my friends Halloween costumes. We bought one yellow costume, one black, and paid for overnight shipping. The first thing that went wrong was the fact that despite paying extra for expedited shipping, the package took 4 days to get to us. When I opened the package, they gave us 2 of the same costumes. I ended up trying one of the costumes on, and the zipper was already broken (this costume was $60). I immediately emailed them, requested a refund on the shipping and told them I wanted to return both costumes because of how unhappy I was due to the experience. The reply I got was "So sorry! We have shipped out the right costume to you." They did not even acknowledge the fact I asked to send it back for a refund. I told her to cancel the second shipment and to just refund me. I was told I was being refunded. I looked and they only refunded me for the shipping. I emailed them again, they said they would refund me. I looked, they refunded me for one costume. So I emailed them again and told them I would like a FULL refund and I'd be happy to send the costumes back. They said I don't need to send the costumes back but that I cannot get a refund for the other costume. WHY? Their refund policy clearly states refunds within 30 days, I ordered these less than a week ago. I had to ask for a refund FOUR separate times! This has been so ridiculous and I will never shop here again. Terrible customer service and their quality is not worth their price. Shop elsewhere...

I'll start with a benefit of the doubt: the widow line has really really cute styles and customer service responses have been better. BUT all the negatives outweigh the positives. For one, the prices are way too high considering that their stock is all from outsourced warehouses and factories and the quality of the items aren't really that great- the stitching has always been janky and their sizing is completely off and items break so easily. Two, they copy from smaller brands constantly, and steal peoples ideas and even picture of THEMSELVES. Three, their customer service is completely unprofessional- I get the whole babes branding thing they're going for, but it ends when you're emailing customers about problems with their orders... Four, the CEO, shoddy Lynn or whatever their name is, is a trash, ignorant person.
Stop buying from this brand and let it die like it should- there are a bunch of smaller brands that make literally the same styles for the same prices.

Tip for consumers:
avoid it altogether, waste of money.

First of all, why do they train their customer service reps to talk like thizzzzz xxxoxoxo babez~~~!

I get you have a brand image, but this is just soooo annoying to read when you are trying to get real help and real customer service.

Their site had a malfunction when I tried to enter in a code for Cyber Monday. I asked the customer service rep to help apply the code. They responded saying they do not price match. It wasn't an issue of price matching - it was an issue of a system malfunction *on their end*

I even sent a screenshot to the rep showing that the code was valid yet did not apply when I paid.

So beware! Check the totals that are being charged to your card vs what is showing on the website. With the code, my subtotal should have been $75.49, yet my email confirmation showed a subtotal of $83.88

After dealing with these people since last night, i have a forever bad taste in my mouth for this company, sure the clothes are great but when it comes to taking your money they're the grand champs. I have been dealing with a incorrect shipping label since 10 pm yesterday and they refuse to change my order after multiple attempts to change it from my end, they refuse to refund me and they are knowingly sending my package to a address I am no longer at, and instead of canceling the order they did offer me a 50% off discount on a future order of the same things, never returning the money i spent on the previous items. I had the privilege of speaking to the supervisor Tiffani and through a goose chase i still haven't been able to recover a 200 dollar package which as a seller of this package they are unable to change a simple shipping label, and if i were to direct it to the correct address that would cost 100 dollars more, so thanks tiffany I will never shop here again

Never ordering from dollskill again, its impossible to get hold of a customer service rep and they'll charge you immediately then not ship your order or reply to you. Felt like i had to suck up to them begging for a reply and still didn't get any

Very disappointed I ordered my products start of November and was given an estimated delivery date of 18th of December as it's a Christmas present for my daughter when it didn't turn up I messaged them and the next day recived a message saying it has been sent and I won't be getting till the 7th of January I'm am very disappointed and will definitely not be recommending or ordering again form this company

The worst online experience ever.
They wanted me to pay for shipping for the bottom of the lingerie set THEY DIDNT SEND (45$ shipping). I couldnt even use the set with only one piece. They missed 3 items(out of stock they said). MAYBE if they were out of stock I wouldnt place this order! The quality of sugar thrillz is also $#*!ty. Whta can I say. I just lost 350$

I feel very cast aside and disrespected as a customer. As someone who works in customer service myself, I think Dolls Kill clearly do a shoddy job.
After spending nearly £300, you'd think that refunding me £20 would be easy.
The clothes I bought were great, even if though I would consider them overpriced. However I also ordered two bars of soap as gifts and both arrived with three large stickers over each of the paper labels (why!?) causing them to tear. One bar of soap actually arrived with a dent in it and the other doesn't even match the witty label that was advertised... which made the gift irrelevant.
After emailing them about it, I recieved a generic email back sent by someone/robot who clearly didn't even read my email, saying I needed to send it back to them.
I do not feel like I should be the one going to the effort of printing, wrapping, PAYING(!), posting (no post office near me, and I don't drive) two little overpriced bars of soap when very clearly the error has been made by Dolls Kill. Even if I did send them back, I would only get store credit, and I do not feel safe ordering from Dollskill again, nor do they deserve my custom.

I don't want to waste another minute on this company, so see below the feedback I left with the company. Mind you, this is NOT the first time I've experienced this with them!

I swore to myself after a bad experience with you all last year that I would NEVER shop here again. Well, I was desperate come two weeks prior to Halloween and had no choice but to order my Fembot costume from you. Your company apparently offered a costume to me, that I PAID FOR, but that was no longer in stock. So for two weeks leading up to Halloween I was extremely excited that my Halloween costume has been ordered and I won't have to struggle last minute. Then, after trying for two days to get in touch with you all, I receive an email (two days prior to the event in which I needed the costume), saying "sorry, here's your refund!" You've got to be kidding me. Now here I am struggling to make my desired costume one day prior to the event. I will be posting negative 1 star reviews literally in every forum I can find to let the world know how absolutely terrible the customer experience has been. Thank you for absolutely nothing.
