I visited my local Abita Springs Dollar General store #6085 and was appalled and disappointed to experience the immense heat inside the store. I really felt guilty for purchasing over two hundred dollars worth of goods because I did not want to overheat the poor older gentleman that was my cashier. These are no conditions for people to work in. I will not return unless the air conditioning situation is repaired. However, the low paid employees that are suffering through for their small earning should definitely receive help to not be in such poor work conditions. I hope this message helps to aid them.

While in the Lakehurst, Nj store I've never seen a more unprofessional management team berate are young employee. I've been in that store several times before and that management team is so unprofessional no wonder there's such a high turnaround rate maybe corporate should come look at those two individuals. They are so incompetent that store needs a lot of help.

Dollar Store #40. Is the most rude and uncomfortable store I've ever been in. They make the customers feel like they are lowlifes. I've had so much trouble with this store it's unbelievable. The cashiers for the most part are great. But this store needs new management

Don't bother buying the Halloween glow masks, they're impossible to put together and all the kids are disappointed. At least sell something useable lol

I don't know what's going on with this Dollar general but they need to do something. Every time I go in there they never have nothing on the shelf and I do mean nothing. I go in there to buy trash bags and the only thing they have on the shelf is three boxes of cheap trash bags. This is very unacceptable. I know they are doing remodeling or should I say they were remodeling
But there's no excuse for the way that store looks
They either need to put stuff on the shelves or close it down or either get another manager because that is really pathetic.
I quit going in there because they had nothing on the shelves but I heard they don't remodeling so I wanted to check it out to see if it changed but it didn't. I do not blame the employees that work there I blame management

Very unhappy shopper

I run to Dollar General to get dryer sheets. Only one kind, overpriced but for a digital coupon which I assume gets generated at the register. No. I have to go home, log in, and give them my phone number for life so they can harass me for the pleasure of attempting to get a decent price on any everyday item at their store. I say bullsh*t. Now I have to go back and return it on principal, and rethink ever going there again. What a waste of time.

The manager in the Antrim Nh Dollar General is Very Rude. There is no wonder that the store looks terrible and they can not keep employees. She is not friendly at all and is very rude to her customers. I really hope that they get some one in there that really cares about the store and the community. I would hate to see the store close permanently. I go to the one in Wilton as often as possible, Nancy is the ideal customer representative who greets everyone with a smile and is always very helpful and friendly. That store is very nice. I wish we had her in Antrim.

I visit the whitehouse Ohio store often. I want to say Yvonne is a new face there and is very helpful. She seems to want to get the store organized and clean. I'm happy to see someone who cares and isn't making customers wait or standing outside smoking when seems to be only person working.

7-23-21 Didn't want to go Uptown So stop at Dollar General just knew they didn't have it (Cranberry Sauce) but checked anyway. I was totally Surprised! Enter Fresh Scent, Clean and Very Organizated Store I ever seen Found my item and ask the young lady who were working. Her name is Aja. At Hwy #1. I told her she need a raise for way this store looked and I Thanked her. So I hope everyone will visit.

Store # 2804 in Valparaiso Indiana was by far the neatest and well stocked shelf store I have seen in this area. The manager should be promoted to regional manager of your other stores in porter county Indiana. She was everywhere working and such a friendly courteous lady.

I only rated 1 cause I had too, IWent to dollar general on starr left my bag on the counter cause of what they call theft and I purchased my other items and they never gave me my other bag I left from circle k andthey wouldnt answerthe phone so I had to walk with a bone spur in my foot and they said they cant find my bag so there's nothing they can do so I'm walking all the way back home one street from toledo with a bad footing 90 degree whether without anything to eat again today, they could have looked at the camera that's all around bad buisiness

These ppl took my money and then didn't ship my products or the manager at the store took my shipment and kept it for themselves! I have a wedding on Saturday now I have no Charger plates I ordered this last month! This is at the Dollar Tree Fayetteville NC Cliffdale/Reilly Rd! What bothers me more is that manager tells me that she has a case at her house of the same charger plates that I ordered now explain to me how ironic that! So unacceptable I'm so pissed!

Our littke store is very hometown friendly.
Tammy ibeliwve is manager and she is wonderful. Always asks how you are and hears you if you tell heryoure not having too great of a day and is compassionate.
She knows the families in our town, where i have lived less yhan 2yrs and if myvsister or i gavent been in the store for a longer time than usual she asks " hows your sister, gavent seen her in here for severss days"?… we're new to town yet she has taken time to notice an absence when one of us isnt well.
Our store ckerks are very helpful and stop what theyre doing to help locate a shelf item.
Dollar general jobs are not easy work at alk. To have to try and stock whike wait on customers during store hours with limited staff on the clock at a time to checkout and stock during thier shifts. Not easy.
A very special Kudos to our elmore city oklahoma DG store mgr Tammy, my sister and i think shes a lovely hard working lady.

The staff at Fyffe store are the most rude stuff of any store I have ever been in! They act like it makes them mad if you act them anything!

I just wanted you to know that the Dollar General in Julesburg, Colorado has smart & courteous people. In particular Janice & Diane. They both go out of their way to help. I use this store quite often & just wanted to thank you for having them. I do not shop at the local Family Market because of the rude people they have there. My only complaint is that you made your people wear those masks. Look up Oakes Farms - Seed to Table Market. They did it right.
