I went into the Dollar General store in Smiths Grove Kentucky Christmas what's on clearance for 50% off it did not ring up 50% off and he said he couldn't do anything about it so I had to put back on my card
The girl in front of me had a $5 digital coupon the computer would not take it he was rude and hateful and embarrassed her in front of the store what's the Smiths Grove Kentucky I will never go back again the prices on the shelves are not the same in the cash register this happened January 8th 2022

The dollar general in lecanto fl Darlene the manager is active covid and was just out 13days was still sick Thursday but Friday morning all us regulars find her back at store no retest to say she negative the other employees are no vaccinated and non are wearing masks we all called cdc, corporate and health dept stay away from dollar general the manager is covid positive and is consculy passing it to employees and customers

Lesage, wv I love my community DG. Staff are friendly and helpful. Store looking great. To bad corporate don't recognize how hard these women work.

First of all I will say that I am not I repeat not a employee. I am a concerned shopper, I shop Dollar General on a daily basis and they are short staffed and underpaid. Dollar General you need to get off your $#*! pay your employees that are sticking it out during the pandemic for you to make money and pay them well nobody wants $10 an hour to risk working when they can make better money sitting on the home on their butts. Hire more people raise your starting pay from $11 an hour to $13 an hour $14 an hour give your managers $18 an hour assistant managers $16 an hour. You are putting profit above employees if you wish to strive in this location Dayton Xenia Road Dayton Ohio he will pull your head out of your buttocks and listen to what I'm saying. Like I said I am not an employee have not been an employee will not be an employee but you are losing business by not having the stores opened all day and by not paid your employees well enough to come in and do the job for you. Have a beautiful day and you can kiss my $#*! or do you like this or not I don't care it's the truth and nothing but the truth and you know it all you are is money hungry people support your people that are working give them more money hire more staff and you will have more customers than you can shake a stick at.

I spend alot of money there and they lie to me and say the bathroom is out of order! It's not good

I purchased an item at Dollar General on Washighton road and 39th St. In Kenosha today and didn't realize I forgot my debit card until the employee came out to my car and called me by name and said you forgot this. I was pleasantly surprised how honest he was to returned my card.

Since Jim transfered from this store, the stoe is never stocked. They are always out of everything. I've decided to find somewhere else to go. Manager down to staff are not friendly very rude.

To buy cigarettes or alcohol they say scan license the law only requires birthday to prove legal when you scan they have records of conviction diver number social address were you work and family members this is a violation of rights

This store is is now way beyond ever being what it once was. Joe made the difference here. I am boycotting this location due to the weird and strange child who brags about her salary and belittles her subordinates in front of customers. Do not shop here. Shelves empty, store is filthy, dead rats under chip racks slowest service ever. Line wait is always at least 10 min long. Employees said there 4 trucks in the back how? They screwed up by wrongfully terminating the only manager who got the job done and cared about us. Done with this location. It sucks. Don't waste your time here folks.

I go to the DG 3 sometimes 4 days a week, ALWAYS I am greated with a smile by Stephenne, she always ask me if I need help or did I find everything I needed, such a hard worker, Happy Person, I enjoy my shopping at DG because of Stephenne, Thank you,

I go to Dollar General Store in Dresden TN...#******* every weekend. And every time i go the manager Brandy is very unprofessional and rude to me and other customers. I went in today and i was going up to the check out line and another cashier open and said she could get someone. Well as the cashier was ringing up my items. The manager was telling me and the cashier they lost another customer because of me. Saying i cut line. The man should have went there if he was waiting. I looked at her and said i didn't mean to cut line no one was over this side at the time. She gave me a go to hell look. She is the reason why you would lose customers because of her attitude. And she needs an adjustment. Im not the only one she does this too. I have heard this from multiple people about her being so rude. I have been in management before you don't treat customers like that. And someone with her attitude has no business being a manager. Yea she might be a good worker but if you don't have the ethics to go with that, then that makes you a horrible person. Something really needs to be done about her. And if i have to the next time some of my friends and family tell me she has been rude to them. I am going to tell them to contact corporate office. And she wants to say she lost a customer cause of me... im not an employee there you dont blame a customer for that... the next time i get rude treatment from her you will lose me, another customer!

I returned something to our dollar general and they told me they could not give me cash back. They said they would put the money on a gift card so I would still get my money. The next week i went back to find out the cashier never put any money on the card.

The store manager went out of his way to find a product I needed. This store has old time respect for the customer.

There doesn't appear to be any team spirit among the workers, as I overheard a young cashier twice ask for help from two different workers, two different requests. The cashier was busy ringing up my order, but was told by both workers that he needed to fend for himself... Workers are not willing to go any extra miles for their co-workers, or their customers either for that matter. I had another negative experience there last summer, adding insult to injury, but I decided to go back today for the first time. I understand that the management is grossly underpaid, and that trickles down in the form of attitude. Their employees obviously aren't valued, beginning at the top company positions, but are probably treated as replaceable minions. What a waste of what could be a valuable human resource, smh.

This dumb $#*! tried my mutha$#*!ing life $#*!, she was a prison guard this thing called a manager and she $#*!ing made me a slave cause I'm black told my ex he couldn't wait for me outside my job yeah db $#*!

I went into a dollar general store today, one that I had been to about a month ago & let me tell you I was just so shocked at the state of the store! It was very nasty & very unorganized! I don't know what the problem is with this particular company? I mean is it this way because dollar general won't hire enough people to run the store? Or is it because the people that are hired don't do their jobs? Whatever the problem is this company needs to fix it! No one wants to spend their money in a nasty unstocked & completely unsafe place to be moving in between those huge metal buggies full of merchandise thats ready to tip over any minute!

Your Morris NY store is terrible, when it first opened a few years ago it was clean and as time has gone on it is not. When you go in to shop you can barely get through the aisles they are are full freight carts everywhere. There is nothing on the shelves usually there is one person in the store working. This has been going on for quite some time I will avoid shopping in your store.
