Do It Tennis

First time I bought it from this company but bad experience.
I made the purchase then I got msg they need to confirm it was me cause the mailing address different from billing. Ok with that but first time for me. Then they said they wil ship and never got it. I had to fly without the purchase… when I got back I called and ask why they did not sent it and no reason why … they just said they will sent it. Finally I got it Jun 27
And purchase made on Jun 13 and supposed to be getting it 2 days vía fed ex ‍.

I was looking for a Yonex Vcore 98 light racket that unbeknown to me had just been discontinued. I searched for it on many tennis shop websites and found Do It Tennis. They said they had the racket I wanted, and had a 4-1/4 grip. I ordered it and paid and was supposed to receive it in two business days. 10 days went by and I hadn't received it. I called in and they said "oh we don't have it in 4 1/4 grip". The rub is they never contacted me about the situation. After calling them, I ended up buying the racket with a 4 1/8 grip and have to build it up. Otherwise I have the racket and will be playing with it soon. They did string it for free as they said.

It was a quick delivery, nevertheless never buy from this seller! I requested a refund because these racquets were terrible, the frame and grommets defectives, I tried the racquets and the balance were horrible, wrong swingweight. I WILL NEVER GOING TO BUY A RACQUET FROM THIS SELLER! I tried because it was a lower price than competitors (Now I know why, probably used racquets) So I send the racquets back because first they approved my refund, and now they don't want to give me a refund. So you took the racquets plus my money! What a SCAM! So, I hit a couple of times with the racquets and they were horrible, the worst balance, and weight of my life! I have play tennis for more than 15 years.

This order was placed on 8/11/15. On 8/12 I received an email the at my order was complete. On 8/16 when the tracking information still showed nothing more than a shipping label having been created I called customer service. I was told the package was placed with the postal service on 8/13. The postal service website shows the package was not received by them at the origin facility until 8/19/15. I then received on 8/22/15.

I ordered 3 items. I only received 2. I received nothing indicating my complete order could not be fulfilled. Rather the invoice showed sold out. Two of the items were purchased to wear together so disappointing it's just assumed I would not want to change anything when my entire order could not be completed.

This is not like my past experiences with Do It Tennis.

I ordered an Adidas Bag, the price was good; however shipping seemed a little high. I had been tracking the package via the tracking number the day it was set to deliver I looked and it said not deliverable. I ended up going to the post office and come to find out do it tennis had not paid enough shipping on the order so I had to pay even more shipping in order to get my bag. The actual package was in good condition and a good value compared to other companies selling the same bag.

Dividers were easy to set-up. I was able to put together a wall of 6 dividers in just 10 minutes. They look great on the courts. The dividers are very light weight making them easy to move around. I also like how the dividers can be adjusted to fit any court layout. The players have been adjusting them to their needs. Only issue I'm finding is that they blow over easily in the wind. But that was stopped with just a couple of small sandbags. Overall very happy with how they look and work.

I was skeptical of the this site, because I have never seen them before, but they were definitely legitimate. Pricing was phenomenal with strings and shipping included. I recommend them highly.
