BUYERS BEWARE! They will take your money, but youll never see your item. They claim that during the holidays, it will take about 40 days to get to you. I ordered my items on Oct 2nd it is now JANUARY 3rd and I still havent seen my order. Ive emailed several times (they dont provide a customer service phone number) and the one time they did respond, it was an automated email that said it will take 40 days for your order to arrive I emailed them back and told them that it had been 70 days and I still hadnt seen my order. They never responded again. Oh, but they made it very clear that NO REFUNDS WOULD BE GIVEN. WHAT A SCAM! Shame on you for taking advantage of pet owners who want safety products for their pets. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

My husband and I ordered the Glow in the Dark Safety Collar from Dog Pawty. We couldn't be happier with the purchase. We ordered a medium, which fir our dog great, we measured his neck before ordering. We live by an Observatory in a town near the Salt Flats in Utah. Due to that, our town has very few street lights, in the neighborhoods there aren't any at all. We walk our dog often when it is dark outside. I love this collar, it makes it easy for drivers to see us when we are walking and I surprise less neighbors. We also take our dog camping with us as well and it's great to have the collar on him when he's wandering around playing. It hinders our dogs hide and seek abilities, which is great. There is nothing more fun than being scared by your dog jumping out from bushes, at night, in the canyon. It is very well made and durable. Easy to turn on and off and glows very brightly. If there were a way to submit a picture of the product, I would. It really did come in great shape. It did take awhile to come but the email said it would take up to 40days as we got it as a special offer online, so we we're not at all surprised considering it said over 2000 had been ordered when we ordered ours.

The bracelet was a lovely and amazing token for me to remember my sweet girl. Your company was very professional and yet very understanding. The communication was brilliant and clearly explained each step of the way as i live in Sheffield England. I havent taken my bracelet off since recieving the fabulous piece of jewlrey from your company. Let me give you a little background as to why this means so much to me.

Susie is my Eldest fur baby with a young age of 19. She passed over to Rainbow Bridge on the 4th August 2017. Susie battled cancer for 6 months before it was time to say our good byes. She had been with us for many years having been rescued by us from a terrible state of neglect. She had the best life we could possibly give her. Holidays every year, lots of trips to the park and to see family. Her favouritw thing to do was hide her yorkshire puddings under her blankets so she could save the best bit! She helped me with lots of everyday tasks like opening doors and picking up dropped items for me as i have a few illnesses. She wasnt a service dog this was what she instinctively did. This is why im so greatful to have found your website.
