I have always loved their selection, but was put off by botched orders, and bad communication. I recently gave them another shot, and was delighted to find that they are under new ownership! Wow... what a difference! I live in Switzerland and we don't have a great selection of Louis dog. From start to end, my orders have been flawless. I am a crazy shopper and keep adding things after my order is complete. No frustration with these gals. I am more that satisfied. It is going to be a monthly shipment of Louis dog going forward. Highly recommended
I purchased a bag for my dog and the second I took it out of the package I knew it was not the same bag that was in the picture. These bags are not cheap they fall into the hundreds.The quality was not good at all. It took forever to get the bag even after notifying the company I had not received it yet. Tired to exchange out had to email twice to get a response and their response is I can not exchange it out. What a waste of a lot of money.

On June 7th I placed an order for three items. Two were to arrive within 3 to 5 days and one to arrive in 5 to 7 days. Tracking number created and first piece arrived 6 days later and order marked complete. I enquired to the company through email and they responded they were checking on balance of order. 2nd piece arrived via regular mail on the 22nd with no tracking number posted. Enquired again regarding final piece same day. Final piece arrived today, June 29 with tracking number but no packing slip enclosed. It took the company three weeks to deliver a complete order. The company did respond to my enquiries in a timely manner, however. I'm hopeful they are just growing pains. Not a good way to keep customers.
The new owners of Doggie Couture Shop are awesome! Since they took over my products have shipped on time, and the customer support has been wonderful! I use the personal shopper function all of the time.
This company has been wonderful to me and my Lola. I always have questions about the sizing with the different brands they have and they spend so much time with me on the phone helping me choose the correct sizes. I appreciate the time they spend with me and will always shop here. Best customer service! I get little gifts from them for my Lola. The shipping is fast for alot of my items and some have to be made which Is well worth the wait. Love this place!

This seller puts items up for sale that are not available! I didn't receive my alternative items no where near the expected time although I ordered express mail. The seller stopped answering all of my emails and I had to make a time consuming dispute with PayPal.

I like this store a lot. It has a great selection of dog food, and Joe has always been helpful and super nice to me. I like supporting small neighborhood businesses, and it's great when they actually merit support. They carry the brands that are good for my dogs and that my dogs like, so even if Doggie Couture Shop was next door, I would still shop at Kings Park.

I was charged for items on the day the order was placed. I went online to review my order and it immediately said "processing." Well, it was processing for over one week so I decided to call. Left a message, no return call. Called again, 2 days later, left a message, again, no return call. Sent 3 messages and did not get response. I had to call my credit card as it seems to me that this business was non responsive and had no intention of providing any customer service (an entire week passed without a response). I then sent a 4th message and got 2 responses which stated that they would be canceling my order. There was NO attempt to try to apologize for their lack of attention to customer service and then, simply dismissed me.
This website has everything to spoil my Bella. I love all the choices they have. I found their customer service to be excellent and will shop again and tell all my friends!
Absolutely Horrible! Order items 3 weeks ago. Got the run around, sent false tracking info and only when I escalated with paypal did she ship the 2 least expensive items (18.00 worth) of a 5 item, 92.00 order! Complete rip off and scam. Check other web reviews and her poor BBB rating for further proof.
Horrible customer service. Items are way overpriced. If you go to other dog shopping sites or the actual doggie brand website, you'll notice DoggieCoutureShop prices are ridiculously inflated. It's taken almost a month for me to get my dog car seat. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. You can find a better, more reasonably priced shop elsewhere online.
I ordered a dog dress on March 10,2014 for Easter Sunday April 20th. I also wrote on the comment section of the order the event for which I needed this dress.
I sent an e-mail to the vendor on April 7th to which they replied they will work on it right away. The date came and no dress.
Even if I ordered this well over a month in advance and even contacted the supplier nothing was done about it.
If you want to have a product for a particular date Doggie Couture is not the place to shop.
Shop around and don't be disappointed by placing an order here as I am.
This shop's customer service is HORRIBLE. Good luck trying to get someone on the "online chat" or telephone, theyre ALWAYS offline and you'll get a message on the phone that "all agents are busy with other customers". I've called 10 times and literally none of my calls went through. I always had to leave a message asking about my tracking number. I would then receive TWO emails that say "getting that tracking number for you". Yeah, right. I sent my money two weeks ago. No tracking number, no item, no response to emails. I had to start a Paypal claim to which the owner hasn't even bothered to reply to. Stay VERY far away from this sorry excuse for an online "high end boutique". You're only high end if you can treat your customers in a respectable manner.

I am sorry this review was posted after it was already resolved. We do not put items up that are not for sale, the 2 items that were chosen happen to be out of stock during our busiest time of year and we apologized. They were replaced with 2 other items that we had in stock and both listings are noted of the time frame that it takes to receive them. One package was received and the other came shortly after. A complaint was filed with paypal for the second item and we explained the 2nd package showed they attempted the delivery and a slip was left that could be signed for redelivery or picked up at the post office. It was left at the post office for 13 days. We also answered every email and can post them here if needed. I am a reputable business that has been in business for over 8 years. I am so sorry you are upset, that was not our intention. I hope the New Year will bring you peace and happiness.
