I went through Dr Sim to top up a sim I purchased in France. I topped up £20 because I had travelled to England and they didn't tell me until after the purchase was finalised that that sim was only good for France. When I asked for a refund they said sorry once the purchase has gone through you can't be refunded. Ha and their motto is Trust Us. Yes right. Thanks for nothing mongrels.

I had been struggling to top up my Orange France number since the Orange FR website only accepts French bank cards as payment method (pure nonsense). I had been going back and forth for weeks with their (useless) customer care representatives who kept taking 4-5 days to respond and then finally sent me off to buy a data plan when I needed credit. Finally found this site to buy my credit from and it worked exactly as needed. I normally don't leave reviews, but figured I would on this occasion since their seems to be a lot of bad ones here and I had a very positive experience. I'll definitely be using them again.
Took 2 days. Didn't have to speak to anyone. I had an iPhone 12 Pro locked to att. It worked I'm so happy I don't have to retire my iPhone.

I had many bumps in the road with my DoctorSim UMS which required some patience, but at every corner the customer success peeps had a solution. It was refreshing to have a reply saying "please let us know *when* you've had success" rather than *if* you've had success with one of the suggestions they provided. He realizado desbloqueos de mis equipos por estar atados a una compañia telefonica y por razones de uso fuera del area de cobertura he contrato el servicio para usarlo con otro prestador de servicio, en cada caso, no he tenido ningun inconveniente y han sido muy amables, en la unica ocasion que tuve un incidente tuve todo el apoyo y que se logro desbloquear, no ha importado la marca, Samsung, LG Apple, en cada caso el desbloqueo ha sido exitoso.
Exceptionally Efficient. Bought my daughter a used Note 8 from a re-seller on swappa. Had my first bad experience on AT&T unlock page saying the device hasn't been activated on their service for at least 60 days. DoctorSim got me the unlock code in less than an hour.
